Came in for a retouch on my ombré and he made it look so much better! My hair wasn’t dried out after the dye job either! It was the perfect color I loved how it came out– I made this Unilocal account just to post how much I loved this salon. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Danny is one of the most talented, skilled and charismatic hair dresser/​stylist I have ever met. He takes his time and has great judgement. He has saved me from several disasters done by other hair dressers in the area. I introduced my husband to him and he is now a repeat customer as well. Thank you Danny for you thoroughness! You’re the best in the area!

By far the best salon I’ve been to! I’ve gone to many Boston and Worcester area salons and no one does my hair as well as Danny! Prices are very reasonable and I’m always thrilled with the results! Both the cut and color comes out amazing!

Went in for a color, partial foil and cut based on the excellent reviews posted. I was very happy with the service, the salon and the results, but was absolutely shocked at the price. It cost me double the price I have paid for similar services in every other salon I have been to. My bad — could not find prices posted online and I never asked but definitely a costly lesson learned!

I moved to Worcester a year ago from San Francisco and managed to find Danny. I have a really short, funky cut and he was the only person in the area that knew how to do it and make me look good.
Its never hard to schedule an appointment with him and he always manages to find a time that fits my schedule. My hair is my thing, so glad I found Danny!

I’m really happy with my new haircut I got from Danny K! Danny took me as a walk in and was able to schedule me when he already had a full and busy day. Danny asked what I typically do with my hair and made sure to do a simple cut that I could take care of since I don’t like putting in much effort. He blended in bangs that I had grown out, tapering the front part of my hair and took care of my split ends. I was in desperate need of a cut and it turned out great! Danny was also super friendly and I simply enjoyed my time in his salon. I picked Danny K based on previous Unilocal reviews and I’m glad I did. I definitely will be back!

I came to Danny with totally over-​bleached, damaged, shine-​less hair. After two years of a dying and bleaching cycle I thought I was going to have to cut my hair short and just wait for it to grow back out. My first time with Danny he sat with me for a long consultation finding out what I wanted with my hair and telling me honestly what he could do and couldnt do. Danny ended up doing a color correction and now my hair has none of the terrible mismatched color it did before. I am naturally a dark brown and with Danny I have been able to maintain a light blonde ombré with platinum tips and my hair still looks healthy and has shine.
Danny is super nice and easy to talk to and his salon is cute, comfortable, and clean. You’ll even be offered a fresh cup of coffee and sometimes cookies!
I would HIGHLY recommend Danny to anyone who needs salon and especially those wanting color or with damaged hair.

I saw Danny back at the beginning of May. His salon is really clean and cute, and he was very friendly and professional. I chose his services because of his excellent reviews and rating, but for me, he wasn’t able to come close to the layered cut we discussed or the blowdry/​style after, even with the photo I showed him. My biggest qualm is that he cut my hair so much shorter than we discussed, and I’m still sad about it, over 2 months later. I asked for 3 – 4 inches cut off so my hair would be at my my elbows, after which he did let me know that cutting it to my elbows would be more than 4 inches bc my hair was so long, so I said that was fine. My hair ended up at least 4 inches ABOVE my elbows, and with the layers I requested, it appears even shorter. I didn’t have a crap attack, I just said thanks and left «happy» bc I’m too nice to say I hated it, plus my hair was already chopped off. I’m a sucker for nice people, and he really was a nice dude. I even over-​tipped him $ 12 on the $ 40 bc, well, I’m dumb. I only go to the salon once or twice year! The style was not at all what we discussed either, he curled it under in a very out-​of-​date style and put product in it to set it, even though I told him I touch/​flip my hair a lot which is why I needed layers.
Nice guy, clean salon, fair prices, but if you see him, you may need to micromanage to ensure you get what you came for.
Sorry, Danny, but it kills me that you have an immaculate 5 star rating but missed the mark so terribly with me, and I was a basic layer cut with a blank canvas of hair. Most girls would’ve flipped their lid and cried their eyes out if you lopped off their long locks the way you did mine… I’m being generous at 3 stars.

Danny does an amazing job. I have been searching for a great stylist in the Worcester area and I finally found one. I highly recommend him.

Danny is the best in Worcester! I’m extremely picky with my hair, and he is the only person around here that I trust. He really takes the time to listen to what you want and make sure that you’re both on the same page. I’ve always been happy with his work!

I’ve never written a review before in my life but Danny is the exception. Danny K is absolutely amazing at everything he does. Unlike other hairdressers, Danny takes his time to make sure every single strand of hair is the way it should be. Not to mention, he’s very friendly and has the BEST mom in the world! I highly recommend this salon for anyone who who wants fabulous hair and great results!

Danny is very conscientious and you can tell he loves his work. He listens to your ideas and gives you his honest opinion and is very accommodating. I LOVE my haircut and he’s also amazing at highlighting/​two tone hair colors.
I am very picky about my hair and needed someone who I can establish myself with who take one look at me and know what to do with little direction. He is a Master with those scissors!
That aside, the salon is beautiful, clean and friendly.
I also love when his mom is in the salon. She is adorable and a sweet woman. LOVE HER! She asks if you would like coffee and makes amazing homemade cookies that she loves to share with the clients! Especially her sesame cookies. She must market these! They taste just like how my mom used to make them.
Definitely check out Danny K. You won’t be disappointed!

Danny is awesome. Every time I go to a new hairdresser, I always get anxious because there’s awkward hairdresser-​client talk and weird lulls, but Danny is really personable and casual. I needed a quick cut when I went in, and he did a great job and gave me an AMAZING blowout. It was probably the best blowout I’ve ever had. He also colors my mother’s hair and did the best keratin treatment she’s ever had. Her hair looks 10x better than it ever did. Definitely going back, and I definitely recommend Danny!

What a great experience! I made an apt with Danny today and he truly does do «magic». I needed a color cut and highlights. He was professional, highly skilled, and FUNNY! I have never laughed so much during a hair apt. My hair came out perfect. The salon is fresh and clean and very modern. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Danny uses a high end line of colors from Italy that are silk infused. My hair feels and looks amazing. His prices are what you would expect from a professional salon.

Danny K did a wonderful job on me today. He knew exactly what my hair needed. It is a small and clean salon. I’ve tried a couple of salons in the area and this has by far been my best experience. Between the price, experience and actual quality of the cut I couldn’t be more pleased!

What can I say I’ve been to many salons in the pass. I get my hair colored and it wouldn’t last or it would fade so I would need to come in more often to fix it! $$$ Other salons would up sell you that I know everyone has experienced. Telling you to buy this or that. We all just want gorgeous hair at a fair price.. Danny does an amazing job from cut to color I just love it! You can tell he loves what he does and Is very skilled. I would definitely recommend Danny.

Danny K Salon is the best place to come to in the Worcester area. I have been coming here since the place has opened when my barber sold his old business. This salon is definitely a hidden gem in Worcester because it matches the quality of haircuts from professional salons in Boston. This salon is extremely clean too and has a modern style inside. Danny the owner also does the hair of photoshoot models, which shows the level of skill he has. I always recommend Danny K Salon to anyone looking for a great haircut in Worcester, whether if it’s for a man or a woman.

Danny is great and a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The salon is really nice and clean inside and they provide a lot of services other then haircuts. My wife really thinks he’s the best in the area, to sum it up she says it’s a Newbury Street total experience on Grafton Street. Highly recommended.
