Dippin Donuts

great flavored coffees. brewed not syrup… The best pistachio muffins… the donuts and little dippers are also relish… just had the apple crumb donut and oh my… it hit the spot… crunchy, soft, chewy… flavorful and lots of apple filling…

Okay, here’s the skinny… great coffee, great donuts and a nice selection of more fancy pastry (the bagels seem below average though for some reason), great service (quick and they get your order right), just has some sketchy clientele from time to time.
This place is on Main St by McDonalds and let me tell you, you can get some strange ones in here but don’t let that sway you though, this place is worth the trip.

Been a regular here for a number of years now– while the one in Spencer is nicer and has a less interesting clientele you absolutely cannot beat the donuts or the coffee (especially if you are here in the morning). They have a few varieties of donuts not found elsewhere including the Boston Crème with Whipped Cream filling (Amazing!) and the Apple Filled.
If I ate a lot of donuts I would set up a tent under one of the tables– oh, it looks like some of the other regulars already did.
Seriously, people come in and hang around ALL DAY. The other night I stopped by and people had McDonald’s bags– how classy. They do have a No LOITERING sign outside that obviously doesn’t mean a thing, if they did a little policing of the grounds to get the loafers out this would be a nice place to come, but then the crazies here are part of the décor.

Having been here a few times, I can attest that the clientele here is definitely entertaining ad usually taking up all of the tables inside and standing right in front of the entrance outside.
I have never found their baked goods to be that great. Matter of fact, their bagels usually are hard as a rock. The only reason I stopped here is that I worked next door and it was convenient at the time.
