Worcester, MA
Called and set up appointment, said they would stop by that afternoon. Waited outside for 45 minutes, no call, no show. Fast forward three days later, guy hops fence in to yard, confronts mother in law and rudely says they have an appointment. Of course we were not home, representative was rude and condescending, insisting the appointment was for that day. Would not use them to put a fence in if they can’t keep an appointment on the right day, and is rude about it to potential customers.
