Friendly’s

Service is awful. We waited 10 minutes at the hostess station before anyone even came over to seat us. After we were seated we waited another 10 minutes before our waiter even introduced himself. The menus were dirty and sticky. The food was good but doesn’t make up for the extremely poor servious. Not once did we see a manager or any kind of leader.

This place is awesome… If you’re into bar food at restaurant prices! Mostly everything seems to be pre-​frozen. That’s no way to run a business. Let alone a franchise. I used to go there every now and again and it wasn’t too bad but then I ordered up one day and they just stopped serving mashed potatoes. Ive followed up a few times just to see if they had run out or what. But they apparently just don’t serve them anymore. I just can not fathom a restaurant not having mashed potatoes.
Maybe it’s a big deal to me because I’m Irish and love potatoes. But basically this is the kind of place you take your kids because they just see chicken fingers and fresh fries and go nuts.

The service here was horrible the waitress had a huge attitude, they messed up our order and they didnt ask how I liked my burger cooked they made it very awfully, I am. currently pregnant and that burger made me. sick, they charged us 3 dollers for 2 pieces of bacon, and when we asked them for water they didnt even
to us I had to ask them twice.,
mention when we got. there we ad to. wait 10 min before any of the waiters agnologed us. When we left and didnt leave them a tip the waitress flipped us off.

I’ve only ever had their ice cream but it was very good both times.
I had a reese’s sundae and a chocolate fudge sundae.

We went on a Tuesday night and were seated right away. Food was good and Amanda was an attentive waitress. Overall a good experience and would go back.

I Went there yesterday. Service is extremely slow. The patty melt burger they served me looked 8 hrs old, dry, and was cold… these people have no clue what so ever. horrible place.

This place should get negative zeros. They need to Fire every manager in this place. I don’t know why we keep coming back. (Maybe because our babies like it there). Well we were standing in the front waiting to be seated for over 5mins and the restaurant was 75% empty. Lots of waitress would just walk by and not say anything. I finally went behind the counter and asked for help. Then we were seated and we sat at our booth for almost 10mins before a waitress came over (she told us no one ever told her that it was her table.) Once she took our order (1 bunless burger, tuna sandwich, and a kids meal took forever to come and when it did it wasn’t even hot) To make a long story short this place needs new management. They will be closing down soon, Cuz most of their waitress suck and have attitudes. I’m soooo annoyed with this place.

Well… With five people at the register and around the front counter, I was surprised that we were not even acknowledged after 4 minutes. The restaurant was at 20% capacity. We left and no one noticed. Happy Bankruptcy Friendly’s; I won’t be dining here.

Have been to this establishment multiple times. Over time it has greatly improved its productivity and service. Food is amazing! The new menu is great! And the service is friendly and prompt. Last night I was there with my family and the manager checked in multiple times to make sure that all was well. Which it was! Best burger in town!

Tonight service was terrible! Waited for 25 mins for my table and the restaurant was not packed. No napkins and I had to tell one of the waiters to take my order after waiting 10 mins. Plenty of empty tables. The manager Sam does not do well in managing the restaurant, POOR customer service, lack of time management and does not do anything to speed up services.

Most reviews knock the service. On a busy Friday night, I found the service to be pretty good, as was food. I mean, it’s friendlys… I felt like it was an above average experience all things taken into account.

The service was incredibly slow. A friend and I were in there for 15 minutes before we ordered drinks, another half hour after that to order our meals, and once the meals arrived some time later, the waitress never came back to check on us or refill our drinks, which were empty when she dropped off our meals.
After that when we finally ordered our ice cream they brought it to us in to go containers as if we were being rushed out after waiting there for quite some time.
The food was okay, but definately not worth the wait.

Friendly’s USED to be the place to go for dinner with the kids, after partying, or just for an ice cream. Now that a TON of the Friendly’s have gone under (read: filed for bankruptcy) the pressure is definitely on the remaining ones to pull their crap together.
This Friendly’s has pretty much always sucked though. The waitstaff couldn’t care less about the customer. We saw our waitress 3 times: to take our drink order (15 minutes after we had been seated); to bring our drinks and to take our food order (15 minutes after taking our drink orders); and to bring our food (almost 45 minutes after bringing our drinks).
Now, considering we had a melt (turkey melt) and a salad (AND, considering there were only about 5 booths with just 2 people each in them), it shouldn’t have taken our food soooooo damn long to come, but it did. And our food was stone cold.
We even had to hunt the manager down to get our bill because our waitress couldn’t be found (another waiter said she had «gone out for a minute»). Whether it was for a butt or to run an errand, it was so unprofessional!

Had a craving for a burger and fries, so stopped in and was very happy. Service was fast and efficient. Place looked relatively modern, and food was good for a chain restaurant. Place was pretty busy, too!
