great prices on power tools. Been shopping here for years, never had a problem yet.

Worst customer service experience EVER. I bought defective jack stands and when I went to return them (with the valid receipt) the assistant store manager (Miguel) accused me of using the store as a tool rental place. I had to insist I never used the stands. He even tried to make me pay a 20% restocking fee as if they’re going to try and resell defective stands. And to add insult to injury, when I asked to compare my receipts he throws in a «what you can’t count?» Don’t go to this store unless you’re ok being treated like a low-​life and disrespected by somebody who clearly has a scarcity mentality. It’s been a week and I’m still pissed about the way they treated me

Reasonably priced no-​name tools to help you get the job done can be picked up here. If you are a contractor or a homeowner not looking to spend a ton on a tool, you might use once or twice then it’s worth the trip. It is clean and well organized and convenient to get to.
