I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Draft beer tastes disgusting, like they haven’t changed the tubes in years. The games, if they even work, are dated. The table felt is stained and marred up. The cues are warped. And to top off this crappy experience, if you park in the lot adjacent to their lot, you get towed (no signs in those lots saying you can’t park there). I saw a car with it’s interior lights on in the parking lot and let the bouncer know on my way in, his reply «sucks for them». This same douchebag threatened me when I complained about my car being towed with no warning.
Trashy place, with no customer service.

Went in around 6:00 on a Sunday night for dinner and drinks with friends. No hostess so we sat ourselves down at a table in the dining area. After a few minutes of no one coming by, we went to the bar to see about getting a waitress. She said that one would be by to see us. We waited another 5 minutes and still no one came by. It wasn’t even that busy — 2 other tables were also sitting around waiting for service. So we just got up and left.

Shady shady shady… apparently if you park across the street, your car gets towed. I go out and my car is gone. I go back into and speak to the manager. tell him what happened. He says «ya the tow company sits there and waits till 10 cars park there and tow them all.» Wow thanks, you think they would give you a heads up. No signs anywhere. What a scam

An interesting place, basically a Dave and Buster’s.
Several of the machines were out of order in the fairly overpriced arcade area. They have a small stage where occasionally bands fronted by go nowhere middle agers play to crowds of suck ups.
The drinks were not particularly exciting, and the interesting sounding ones were a bit difficult to deal with the taste of.

I went here with a guy from an online dating site for our first date and simply put; it was awful. It took somewhere between 30 – 45 minutes to even get a drink from the bar. It was understaffed and the people working behind the bar were extremely unfriendly. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else for drinks. Would not recommend to one of my girlfriends.

Perfect location for our Company Holiday Party — Plenty of activities for people to interact. They all raved about the food, we did a pile of appetizers and everyone was pleased. Waitresses very friendly and helpful.

My friends and I had a fantastic time 10/​17/​2015. Jillian’s Worcester were very considerate and quick with assisting me with my birthday party (roughly 80 people; they can handle big parties). I reserved room in the back for the food (chocolate fountain!!!) and pitchers of water. We chose not to curtain off the area but could have if we wanted to. I also had 4 pool tables and Jillian’s thoughtfully saved 2 extra tables for my party in the same area; I took the option of using the two tables. The two additional tables ended up being on the house/​complimentary. =D
The wait staff (3 ladies) were very friendly and prompt with our food and drinks. Nina was very prompt with helping me in the planning stages. I almost forgot to pick balloon colors but she reminded me… I am not picky about that. I only care about food, pool and karaōke… we could not have karaōke because there was a live band that day. I am still a little sad about that because my friends are really good at singing. XS Band was good though. I played pool most of the time but I remember some of favs (Crazy in Love, Bailando, Danza Kuduro…) to dance to.
I didn’t get to play in the arcade until after 1AM. Air hockey was fun (and stealing my friend’s basketballs to dribble while they were shooting was fun =P). Some of my friends said they got a Groupon to play in the arcade. Plan ahead. Save money. Make good life choices. =P Life advice from Christine. I didn’t have to pay a cover but there was a $ 5 cover because of the band.
Ok now onto the drinks… I don’t like to drink much but I did one for every challenger (in pool) I lost to. The (alcoholic) shots were huge… might have been double shots. I liked the kamikaze shot… and did my first Jäger bomb which was not bad. Jillian’s made me ok with tequila again. I had a bad experience my first time (no lime) but this time I had lime =D I like lime a lot. The bartender was nice enough to give me two more slices after I asked for more… I am drinking limeade as I am typing this. Hahaha. Yes, key lime pie is one of my favorite desserts.
Jillian’s kept the cakes my friends bought for me in the fridge and helped with cutting and distributing them.
Thank you, Jillian’s Worcester for making my 24^th bday one to remember. Sadly, this will be my last in Worcester… which is why I went all out.

This place was pretty average. The food was pretty good though and the waitress was nice. I had the honey BBQ wrap. I would recommend it to anyone. It was delicious. The food took forever to come out even though we were the only people there. The food was kinda over priced too

Shoulda read the reviews and just played pool and had a couple beers. Oh well live and learn. Ordered Nachos with chicken. Nasty fake cold cheddar — cold chicken wow! How do you screw up nachos! Oh well bartender was nice enough to remove from the bill — he’ll get a tip. And I’ll remember no nachos here. Too bad big place that could use a bar rescue!

Jillian’s has gotten progressively worse. There’s always a cover. Usually it’s $ 5 but if there’s a band or a PPV fight expect to pay at least $ 10.
Drinks are alright. I’ve always caught a buzz so I won’t complain. Food is ehh. It’s typical bar food. If you want a 5 course meal go somewhere else.
Pool is great. I forget how much it costs to play but they charge by the hour & it’s nothing outrageous. There’s plenty of space between tables so you can play comfortably. The arcade part sucks. Half of the games are broken & the other half are just boring. Air hockey & skee ball are the 2 best games they have. Don’t bother trying to win tickets because all the prizes are literally thousands of tickets.
I like coming here if there’s a good band playing or if I’m in the mood to watch the Bruins out somewhere. Play some pool, drink some booze & listen to the bands. Don’t even waste your money on the food or games though.

So I used to like Jillian’s but I was there this past Friday night and I really don’t even know where to start. $ 5 cover, OK I can deal with that. We went and got a pool table $ 16/​hr. I can deal with that too. The entire place is nasty. tables were filthy, chairs and tables and empty glasses everywhere. There was one girl that walked around to pick up empty dishes/​glasses but she’s only one person. The thing that royally pissed me off was that it took 30 minutes for a waitress to walk by. Eventually, I just went to the bar and ordered me and my boyfriend a couple BL platinums. $ 9 for piss warm bottled beer. The server was nice and I’m pretty sure there were 2 servers to the entire place. However, we ordered 2 combo apps and it took 45 minutes to come out, the food was shit and wicked over priced. Later on, we ordered two pizzas to split between 4 people (I think they were $ 14-​$ 16 each) and these awful dry ass pizzas came out that were about the size of a small pizza you could get for $ 6 at a pizza place. Then, when we were looking for a server to get our bill. I saw 3 girls go out the back to smoke a but. The check (food only because we saw our server all of 3 times in the 3 and a half hours we were there and were unable to get drinks unless we went to the bar) was $ 53 total. I’ve worked in restaurants so I left her 20% only because I figured she’s most likely making shit with the way the night was going.
If you want to play pool and drink overpriced piss warm beer, Jillian’s is the place for you. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were shut down before the end of the year.

Fuck this place. Harassed about starting a tab. Wanted dinner and was planning on paying after the meal, you know like every other food serving establishment. The bill was put in front of me almost 10 minutes before my food came out which took WAY to long and was cold when it arrived. Mid bite waitress asked me to pay bill. I asked to speak to a manager. He was more useless than tits on a bull. Fuck this place. I will not spend another penny here. Thanks to Mass. law I paid a cover there for I can sit here all night long. Fuck this place.
Part 2:
Service is horrible. Everyone at the table thinks the waitress thinks of us as an after thought. 2 people’s cars have been towed. Glass was spilled and smashed by waitstaff. We took a vote, and have Unanimously awarded this place as the shittiest experience any off us can remember. For a good time and a great experience stay as far away from this place as possible.

Came to Jillian’s to catch Sunday night football. The bar is huge with plenty of seating. The waitress came to take our order. We asked what they had on draft. The waitress walked around the table and started to read off beers spouts there were visible. I then asked if they had any local beers I could try. The waitress let me know she hates beer.
The waitress didn’t know beers on table and she works at the bar. Then should couldn’t even recommend a beer? Horrible service and poor training.

Good bar with nice pool tables and good staff. The arcade is crap though.

A few good things about this place was the pool playing. I enjoyed how everyone had their own space to play pool. The pool tables were separated in a good amount of space. And it was a very good vibe of people as well.
So pretty much if you want to play some good pool and play it safe and have a beer then go here! :)

That about sums it up. The Worcester Jillian’s location at first glance is exactly how enjoyable it actually is — dumpy. Countless issues with this establishment make the whole experience laughable, and it is is only if you accept the fact that this place is an extended joke, that you can begin trying to enjoy yourself.
The bar in the back is enclosed with curtains. Right? doesn’t that speak for itself? «Curtain Bar» is ridiculous looking, and not only is it not appeasing, the curtain are all over the place.
I thought hey, I’m here, I’ll play a few video games. First game? no sound. Second game? an employee decided to enter an office and leave the door open right next to me. I was listening to office talk and looking at a fax machine the entire game.
To top it all off, if you stay long enough to win some tickets, the prizes are ridiculous. You may enjoy the thrilling 1200 ticket «build your own mailbox» and the star wars game\office combo that should have never been.
Save your money, and go do something actually fun. It’ll be way better than balloons and sad faces.

The games weren’t very fun and didn’t pay out for crap. The only thing that was okay was the reasonable priced drinks and pool tables. I didn’t try to the food, but I opened a tab at the bar and ended up only getting one drink and come to find out after I closed it, I was charged an extra $ 25 on my account! I called in and complained and they just told me to check in tomorrow and if the money wasn’t back, to call back and they’d figure something out. Pretty big waste of my night if you ask me.

Had a great time playing pool and drinking some good beer. The server behind the bar was efficient and friendly. I would say this is a perfect hang out spot. Only down side was when we were told to close our tab at the bar as there would be a waitress coming around to take our drink orders… and she never showed up.

Not as many games anymore and the prizes are pretty pathetic.

Im an old bag so I am very concerned with the quality of what I eat and drink. Place is huge and hugely entertaining — for that, I’d give it a 2.5−3 stars. For our «at the pool table server, Ms. «A», I’d give it a 5 star… For the first bartender — Id give it a –3 stars — what an unpleasant young ill manicured and really just unpleasant bar tender. For the cheap — college affordable booze, I’d give it a 1 star.
Not a bad place if its empty and your kids have cabin fever — pub-​y food, not bad eats (2.5 stars — 3) for the food, and the «Dave and Buster» type of archade feel. Pool is pricey for college kids and the place is dingy/​divey looking. They have cheap wine, cheap booze. Decent beers. And one unpleasant bartender that should be sent to «people skills» school… Uninterested in the «older» people at the bar, more interested with some gossip that another young server shared with her.
Place has potential… if the owners showed it some love, TLC…
