Dr. Gross and his staff are fantastic. I have been to many different dentists over the years and his office is the best. This is the most pleasant experience at the dentist that you could hope for. Friendly, thorough, as gentle as possible. I will be a patient for as long as I live in the area and he is in business.

Extremely happy with the service I received. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I plan to have my whole family see this dentist. Highly recommended.

The best… really painless, great staff (if the receptionsit doesn’t get you to smile you’re probably dead) and while nobody in medicine is «reasonably priced» there are never any hidden costs and he does great work. Oh, he has sort of awful taste in music but if you’re nice to the staff they’ll change it for you…

I’ve been going to Dr. Gross since I was a baby. Like Arlene above said, I didn’t realize how AMAZING he and his staff are until I moved to Boston and had an awful experience at the dentist!
The staff here really makes the visits pleasant. Every single hygenist is friendly and always remembers me by name when I come back. Dr. Gross remembers where I went to college an where I studied abroad! They don’t just go through the motions of cleaning your teeth… they really do care about each patient individually.
On top of all of this, Dr. Gross is very gentle, patient and caring when he does oral surgeries. He took my wisdom teeth out for me while I was awake (!) and I felt no pain. He made me feel so comfortable that I wasn’t nervous.
I can’t say enough good things about these people. I travel 2 hours on a train to come back home and visit them for my check ups! :)
