This place is pretty good as far as Worcester goes — obviously everything is on a much smaller scale then Boston or NYC. It’s an interesting mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, and who knows what else. I personally miss a few favorite Chinese snacks/​drinks/​sauces, but all in all, I can’t complain! It’s got the basics at decent prices — fresh Asian greens, kimchi, ramen, tofu, noodles, candies, sauces, frozen goods. And, there’s a parking lot!

Had everything I was looking for. Frozen Durian to make cream puffs, Tapico starch and rice flour for Banh Canh noodles. Banh Xeo mix… can’t wait to try these and Quoci Viet soup base.

Great selection of asian and ethnic food! My go-​to asian market in the area. Food is always fresh. Their salmon is great and they also have thin-​cut meats for hotpot which is a huge plus!

Felt the need to update… I went again today since I think this might be the most varietal Asian market in Worcester, though that’s not saying much. It wasn’t as smelly today, so I guess it depends on the day. But in case that scared anyone away… it isn’t always as bad as my first experience. Still only a 3 star joint though. Sadly, not much of a Japanese or Korean selection. Aw man! But the one brand of kimchi they have is pretty good, and they do carry a couple good ramyun types…

We love this place! The best selection of fresh Asian herbs in the area. Anyone who wants to try making Thai at home, but is overwhelmed by the ingredients — just go here with your list. They’ll have it all. And the prices are crazy cheap!

Browsing through the aisles, I saw goods from all over Asia, Korean Kimchi, Japonese deserts, and all sorts of Chinese, Thai, Cambodian, Vietnamese, etc. They have a large produce department with competitive prices on tropical fruits and veggies. In the back it has fresh fish as well as an assortment of frozen meats and other goods.
There is also a good section of Asian cookware and serveware for great prices considering how much American stores charge you for this stuff.
This is one of the very few grocery stores that I’ve seen carry Nguyen Vietnamese coffee. The C-Mart’s in Boston and the 99 Market in Lynn don’t seem to carry it anymore. They also carry Yummy Jack-​fruit chips!
All in all, as far as Asian groceries goes, it was very bright and clean. Prices usually clearly marked and within range of other Asian markets. So far, it is not missing anything from what I would expect from an Asian Market and will be my first stop whenever doing any sort of Asian cooking.

This is considered to be one of the most popular Vietnamese grocery store in Worcester. This grocery store has gone through many changes throughout the years. They used to be located a block away from here in a tiny store back in the 1980’s. In the 90’s they expanded the store and grew their operations into another building.
The grocery store has a airport hangar type of feeling similar to going to BJ’s or Costco. You can find almost every type of Southeast Asian food here, from fresh banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) to frozen boxes of imported squid. They also have a fresh fish market in the back. They will even descale the fish for you unlike most fish markets. This place also sell various types of Asian cookware and other household needs.
Parking here can be a challenge since they have a tiny off street parking lot. The parking lot is situated at a 20 degree angle so you might want to be careful of runaway shopping carts hitting your car. Street parking is also hard to find here since you are in downtown Worcester.
Overall I prefer to shop here than at the other two popular Vietnamese grocery stores in Worcester since this place has a off street parking lot.
