I think I’m in love (or just plain spoiled). Mike is a real estate guru. I truly cannot say enough good things about him. I have personally used him four (4) times in purchasing and selling houses. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, what is out there, what the fair price is and will negotiate and be able to back his numbers us with facts.
As a real estate attorney I represent people who are buying and selling homes where Mike is one of the brokers. This is where I know I’m spoiled. Deals do not fall through, he attends the home inspections, he negotiates again (if necessary), he ensures that all documents that are required are timely received (such as smoke detectors certificates, leases, etc). Mike is on the ball when it comes to deadlines and communicate well when extensions are needed. He makes my job a lot easier when he is involved.

We used Mike to buy a new house, and list our old house. He gets the job done, and is ready to answer any question we have. He is very tuned into all the ways to market homes as well. He’s the first professional I talked to who knew what craigslist was.
