Food was not too bad. Take out was bad. You need to check your order before you leave the place. One of the sandwiches was missing from my order and NOFRENCHONION soup!!! come on… Few other customers in front of us while we were waiting also complained about service. I probably don’t go there again, unless I really really really feel like it.

Chain restaurant. If you like pretty good coffee and healthy option food, this is a good place to stop. HOWEVER — at this particular panera I’ve repeatedly have my order messed up or had extra lackluster food. Especially paninis — come here for the coffee and the bagels, but avoid the paninis like the plague. What made me finally post a Unilocal review? Today. I ordered half of a turkey panini. I was served a full roast beef panini. I’m not a fan of wasting food, so I ate it — and regretted it. There was poorly cooked, chewy roast beef, surrounded by some terrible mix of mayonnaise and cheese, with anemic tomatoes — and all of it was on soggy, tasteless bread. Avoid it. Avoid it. Avoid it. But if you’re coming here for breakfast or just their coffee — which is quick and delicious — it’s definitely worth it. I mean, not as worth it as any of the real coffee shops in Worcester, but they’re not conveniently located on Gold Star Boulevard.

Good chain restaurant. Never had an issue with this Panera. I’ve had a few meals here. I like their birthday program with a free pastry.

For a place that you can get food quickly, this is about as healthy an option as there is. Great salads, good selection of sandwiches. Employees are always helpful and seem to enjoy working there. This is my main panera, I go probably once a week. It does what it’s supposed to… It’s pretty healthy food, quickly made, and decently priced.

No egg whites… I mean — half or more of the breakfast options have egg white, and Panera ran out of egg white… The staff are friendly, tables and general seating area not clean. I’ve been in a lot of Panera restaurants, and this one gets the lowest review.

Another horrible experience at the Panera on Gold Star Boulevard. They«forgot» to fill my order of a dozen bagels by which time several of my choices had been sold out. Of course they sold those to people who don’t treated after me. Clearly the two people filling orders wanted to do the single orders first before they had to do the dozen that needed to be sliced. Now I know why I drive down to the Panera at White City.

Kind of a yuppie loving joint. Small salads with small sandwiches is about all. The bread itself tastes good but the prices reflect that quality. Six and a quarter for half a dozen bagels to go? The staff is usually young people trying their best but still learning. They also change their menu too often which can get confusing. The coffee is below average so i recommend going elsewhere for that. They try to be too fancy in the food offerings which actually hurts the selections. Two stars, Meh!

Had a pretty good experience here yesterday. Food was tasty. Atmosphere was lively. Very kind, enthusiastic, and helpful employee came by to clear our dishes and garbage twice. Only issue was in the details: some garbage on the floor, lemons for the drinks were low, some messiness around the booths. But, I attribute this to the fact that it was a busy Saturday afternoon and it was likely difficult to keep up with the mess left behind by customers. Overall not a bad place to go.

I would give this review no stars of I could but I gave it 2 because the cashier was a sweetheart! I just left with my to-go order and beyond disgusted by the girls preparing the food. I come here once a week if not more for the same thing, tonight I asked for an extra dressing ANDSAIDPLEASE. The girl threw a dressing in my bag and the turned around and started talking about me before I left the counter. «I’m going to but a sign if you want extra dressing ask the cashier hahah» and I couldn’t hear what else she said while I was still standing there staring at her. So professional, I’d rather drive to Millbury than come to this one.

A chain restaurant. Good food, no frills. I like to get the half and half with the turkey bacon avocado and fuji apple salad with an order of their mac ‘n’ cheese.

The food no doubt is nice and warm. Best part is the diversity of people found here. there are young, mid-age, elderly from different ethnic backgrounds enjoying the coffee and bread. Must try the Claw or the cinnamon roll.

Panera’s is a great place to grab a bite to eat. It is an oasis of tasty food and a peaceful rest for those on the run. The staff has always been professional and eager to please. More importantly, the food is tasty and state of the art. They seem eager to please no matter the appetite. There is always sometime on the menu that is right for even the pickiest of eaters. For my part, simple, tasty and healthy are just the ticket. Panera’s is a treat for me, special and affordable. I will be back, especially if my wife wants a treat for lunch or I have to treat our girls for lunch. Enjoy!

I love the salads, they usually are fresh and they give a descent amount of food. Also the green tea is pretty good. And the service is very quick which is great. Evaluate I don’t like to wait for my food.

I would avoid the Worcester Panera Bread. The staff is exceptionally rude and their wifi has been«down» indefinitely. While there were plenty of costumers, they do not welcome lone diners looking to study over an overpriced coffee and sandwich. I’ve noticed groups of college students complaining

In general, I like Panera Bread as a company. It is nice to know that, when traveling, there are«safe» chain options that are healthier than your typical fast food restaurants. As far as this Gold Star Blvd. location goes, it’s one of my least favorites. The food is standard, cleanliness is passable, but the ambiance is kind of lame. If you choose a window seat, you’re going to look out onto a car dealership parking lot. If you sit outside, you’re practically sitting in traffic. Yes, I’ll be back since this is the closest location to my home. However, the White City Plaza location is my preference.

Today was my second visit to this Panera location. It will be my last. I ordered a bowl of broccoli cheese soup and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. When I picked up my order, I asked for crackers for my soup. The young lady told me that they don’t have crackers, just crousants. Really, $ 19.00 for soup, sandwich, and a drink and you don’t even have crackers? Disappointment number one. The soup tasted kind of burnt; like it was either old or had been kept at too high a temperature. My sandwich was barely grilled; the grill marks were so faint I could hardly see them. The sandwich was also just«thrown together». It was impossible to eat it without using half a dozen napkins. Why didn’t I complain, you ask? If they couldn’t even get soup and a sandwich right, what were they going to do to correct it? As far as I’m concerned, Panera only serves the purpose of giving young people a place to lounge around on their iPhones and laptops, trying to look intelligent and cool.

I like Panera as a company, in general. The sandwiches offer something different from the grinders you find all about Worcester, and their products are decent. You get what you pay for in other words. However, due to an experience a couple of evenings ago, I will never return to this particular branch of Panera. I’ve had the flu, and to be nice my girlfriend offered to stop and get some food so I wouldn’t have to cook. She suggested Panera, and I thought it sounded pretty great. She picked us each up a bowl of their Sonoma Chicken Stew and brought it home. After having a couple of bites, I noticed a hair on my spoon. I’m not usually deterred by a stray hair, so I shook it off onto a napkin and continued dining. I got a second hair in the next spoonful. Suspicious(and at this point no longer that hungry) I stirred and got another scoop of soup. Hairs # 3&4. Taking my bowl into the kitchen under stronger light. I discovered that the soup was pretty inundated with hairs. I examined them closely to see if this was some kind of undiscovered herb, but no. Definitely hair. My girl cheerfully offered me some of her soup, to make up for things, and I demanded her to bring it into the kitchen for a thorough inspection. Hair. Hair everywhere. Stomachs clenched, containers were dumped. We called a number of times that night(from 7:30pm-9pm) trying to get in touch with the manager. We were placed on hold every time for times in excess of 10 minutes before giving up. I feel that this was on purpose. We’ve sent an email to the Panera Corporation, we shall see if we get a response. In the meantime, I would steer clear of this spot, as it obviously has at least one deranged employee.

Was here with Mrs B yesterday and apparently just missed the cut off for breakfast. I was disappointed but became upset when they let others order breakfast after we had sat down. What’s up with that? To make matters worse, you’d think someone would have been nice enough to bring us our order since we are both on crutches. Thank you to the nice lady sitting behind us who was nice enough to retrieve our order for us.

Great food as with all Panera restaurants. I’m not sure if it’s this location only but the free wifi is limited to 30 minutes… Useless if you need to get any real work done and be a consumer at the same time. Very frustrating to suddenly have the connection switch off… I lost a lot of work as a result.
