I ordered funeral flowers at 9:30at night and they were in the funeral home the next afternoon looking amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the arrangement and presentation! Many florists are closed on Mondays but they were open and available to make a last minute arrangement. I never met or stepped in the place as it was all done online, so convenient!

I used Perros for my wedding because another family member had used them. I have to say I was not impressed with my flowers like I had been with previous experiences and there was a mix up with delivery. I did appreciate the owner reaching out to me and apologizing for anything that went wrong because the woman who took care of my wedding messed up, but she no longer works there. No matter what my wedding day was perfect the way it was and even though the center pieces did not come out exactly how I wanted them, all of the flowers were beautiful.

OMG! I love this place! I stopped in a month ago to get some flowers to decorate a table, as I am a pastry chef. I do sugar paste flowers for anything that touches the edible elements of the display. But it’s nice to put fresh flowers on the table or any spot that doesn’t touch the food. She gave me so much to work with for $ 25. I used the babies breath, leaves, petals from the roses, hydrangeas, etc. It was great. But here’s the thing. The event was on a Sunday. I packed all my things and put them in my vehicle, including the flowers. Drove home from Greenwich, CT in 90 degree plus heat(and my freeking air conditioner went out!), FORGOTABOUTTHEM in the sealed vehicle until 1pm the next day!(Another 95 degree day) Ran out to rescue them, thinking they would all be wilted and dead. Nope. Some were unsalvageable. But there was one hydrangea, all the roses, and a Peace lily that survived. The lily lasted two weeks from purchase, and the last rose kicked the bucket three weeks and 2 days post purchase. I’d say they sell fresh flowers. Today is my birthday. My fiancé walked in the house with a beautiful, no, perfect bouquet. I stopped with a big surprise on my face and said«Perro’s?» He said, «Of course.» And I was and still am so very happy. Now, I just want to sit home all day and make sugar paste flowers out of my bouquet.

Live in California sent Easter flowers to my mother in Auburn Ma. Assisted living facility. The arrangement arrived in a timely manner and looked very nice. My mother loves flowers and was thrilled. Unfortunately the following day about half the arrangement was limp and dying. On Easter I told my mother to either call Perro’s or I would from California today. Before I knew it I received a text with pictures of a beautiful replacement delivered the Monday after Easter! My 90 year old mother was again thrilled as was I. Thank you Perro’s for outstanding customer service, a beautiful arrangement and taking care of a small blip seamlessly. You are now my go to florist in the worchester, Graton, Sutton area where my family reside. I might add that I also felt your pricing was very fair for the arrangement and delivery.

Bought the Teleflora’s Roses and Pearls Bouquet — Standard. Positives: — GOODCUSTOMERSERVICE/DELIVERY: I had the flowers to be delivered yesterday but the recipient was not home. They contacted her a few times before calling me. I told them if they could redeliver it later in the day and they did. When the recipient was not home still, they were okay with delivering it next day. Understanding, customer focused in this regard. *SIDENOTE* I can see/guess why some people might of rated them negatively on customer service, but these problems are usually small that only become a problem if they build up. Negatives: — FLOWERSWEREOKAY: Granted that these flowers were a day late, but their lifespan is not going to be that long extra day or not. If the person getting the flowers knows a basic understanding of flowers, this would be an issue. However, those that know little to nothing and only care about their initial appearance would probably overlook it. The water also needed to be changed, but that was a minor inconvenience. Next time, will definitely ask for flowers in the budding stages instead. Neutrals: — PRICE: I think price for these flowers were standard(about 55 in total including tax, vase, and delivery). My thoughts are still that its a bit too expensive(wanted to mark 3 dollar signs), but compared to other places, I think it’s the normal rate. Overall, I would recommend this place. I suggest going in person if you can, but if not, online ordering is fine. Just make sure you be as specific as possible.

Thank you Perro’s for creating the most beautiful sympathy/funeral flowers I have ever seen. We picked out what we wanted on line, sent our daughter(she’s 23) in to complete the purchase. They actually made these arrangements bigger and better than on line. The person who helped my daughter was very nice and caring and made wonderful suggestions. The funeral was military and the red and white roses were absolutely gorgeous and fresh along with the blue(I think they were forget me nots) Thank you Perro’s!!!

Im not originally from the area, but my husband is and has been using Perro’s for as long as he can remember. We just got married last month and the wedding was in NH, but we still decided to talk to them about doing all of the arrangements. They agreed to make the 1.5hr drive for delivery and were very happy to do it for us! I sat with the coordinator on mulitple occasions and she was really helpful and always willing to show me examples of what she was talking about. She was really helpful and always knew who I was when I called. On Wedding Day, the drivers showed up an hour early and everything looked great as far as the bouquets went. I didnt get a chance to look at the centerpieces or church arrangments. When my husband called to tell me everything was all set, he said everything looked great! The centerpieces were exactly what I had immagined! The church pieces on the other hand were different than what I had wanted but everyone complimented me on how beautiful they were, so I let it go! They were beautiful… I would aboslutely recommend them for anything. Their delivery was great and customer service was good as well. All in all, good experience! Will go back!

You don’t get customer service at Perro’s. I made an appointment on Sunday to go talk to their wedding coordinator and when I showed up, they said they were too busy. They didn’t have the courtesy to pick up a phone to cancel. They gave me another appointment which turned out to be not an appointment at all since they failed to mentioned that the wedding coordinator was on vacation that week. They don’t have the concept of what customer service is. I won’t do any business with them or recommend them to anyone. Terrible, terrible, terrible…

We have been using Perro’s for over 20 years without anything but great products at great prices. Rodney and his team are always happy to help with a smile. Perro’s flower shop’s ability to deliver quality roses at affordable prices saved Valentines Day for me more than once.

Great place. Family owned for many years. The best thing about this place are the prices. I told them how much I wanted to spend on a bouquet and they jut kept filling it up. It was ridiculously huge but the recipient was overwhelmed. All the guests laughed at how it was so huge, we had to split it into 2 vases. Recently I was there for a house plant arrangement. Great price again and full of healthy foliage.

My fiancé and I visited Perro’s Flower Shop on 08⁄01 to buy a ‘bright’ flower arrangement as a gift for a relative. When we arrived, it struck me as a little odd that there were limited ‘pre made’ arrangements, we saw only 1 of which appeared to have a receipt attached to the front, we mentioned to the Receptionis that although we think the arrangement may be for an order we’d like a similar arrangement for the same price, we were told very rudely by a gentlemen who works there that the arrangement wasn’t for sale, he didn’t have the flowers to re-create it and he walked off. We were trying to explain to him that we hadn’t asked for those exact one’s but something similar using whatever was available, he did not listen, spoke over the top of us the whole time and then walked off with the arrangement in hand. Absolutely disgusted in their customer service by this stage, we were then told by the Receptiont that he was ‘in a mood’ and she would have someone else help us, we were then given an arrangement that was nothing like the one we saw, much smaller, not at all bright as I’d requested and in the interim had been a lending ear to the Receptionist of how was having family issues, a divorce etc. My fiancé and I bought the flowers as they had already been made up but we visited a local supermarket on the way to see our relative of who had a much nicer selection of ‘pre made’ arrangements for a much better price. We ended up buying another arrangement from the supermarket, removing the flowers we didn’t like in the florist one we’d bought and re-doing the arrangement ourselves. This place has terrible customer service, the worst I’ve seen in a long time, they have no ability to listen to their customers and need to understand their customers are not subsititute therapists. We have our wedding approaching next year and this would be the absolute last place we’d consider and will not be returning at all in future.
