Big, big fan of this place. They recently changed ownership and it keeps getting better. The staff are attentive and friendly, the management are inquisitive and helpful, the food is delicious, and the drinks are worthwhile. This is my favorite place to go to watch a game, karaōke nights are always a blast(even if you’re a wallflower, college students get 10% off, ladies night on Mondays, «afternoon special hour» monday through friday and all day sunday, can’t say enough how much fun this place has been and how many tales have come out of it.(Oktoberfest on Shrewsbury is coming up and you’ll definitely want to swing in for a pint or two)

I have to disagree with most of your comments. I enjoyed my self so much that week it was a Friday and we had one of the greatest waitress and she didn’t skip a beat we never once had to ask for anything and the food was amazing tasted so fresh and not over barring. My husband had a burger my son had broccoli Alfredo and I had the shrimp scampi which the waitress suggested to me. We had a great time and will be back and I will be asking for the same young lady Jennifer most pleasant and upbeat personality I’ve ever come across. And I love the way it looks old shabby red carpets and all the wood great for a pub my new favorite place see you guys soon

I went here when it was the picadilly and now it is either the pic or paparazzi whatever they are calling themselves this week. When it was the Picadilly at least you had an idea of what to expect. Since the change over this place has become hit or miss, mostly miss. At first it was good food, good service; then it turned to ok food, decent service. Now it’s blah food and horrid service. My GF likes to do karaōke so she was psyched when the pic started karaōke on Saturdays. Her maid of honor picking up on this attempted to see about getting reservation for one table, in the bar for a karaōke night, as a bachelorette party type thing. We weren’t bringing in any special decorations or anything, we were a small group of 6 people. It was mainly a get together celebrate a bit and have a good time. The maid of honor calls the place 3 weeks before and she is told they don’t do reservations for the bar and karaōke night, seatting is first come first serve, if we get there by 6:45PM we should be able to find a table. So this past Saturday we get there by 6:45PM and we are able to find a table in the bar area, that seats six. We are there maybe 20 minutes and blonde, chunky waitress comes up to us and rudely shouts, «Are you with the party! If not you need to move this table is reserved! I need to put the appetizers here!» I looked at her and said, «We were told you didn’t take reservations for the bar area.» She shouts at me again, «Well this is a birthday party and it’s reserved, you need to move.!» We get up and go back to the waiting area near the hostess. My GF goes up to the hostess and asks again about the no reservation policy. The hostess confirms they don’t take reservations for the bar. So we let her know we were just kicked out of the bar area by a waitress claiming it was reserved for a party. The hostess asked which waitress said this, I described the waitress, the hostess rolls her eyes as if indicating this waitress has caused trouble before; the hostess then goes to the manager. The hostess comes back and tries to get us to sit back down in the bar area. By this time I don’t want to based on the rudeness from the blonde waitress, it was a guarantee we would get poor service the whole time we would be there and who knows what they would do to whatever we ordered. Supposedly the lore of this place is that when Picadilly closed a bunch of the former employees pulled their money together and bought the place in order to save their jobs. At least that is what we told when the change over happened. If it is true and the waitress who was rude to us is a shareholder or part owner then the other owners/shareholders might want to sit her down and explain to her they are there to make money, not to drive away paying customers. In conclusion the food is sub par, prepackaged, frozen, reheated, mediocre pub food. Customer service is none existent and the some of the wait staff have big heads thinking they’re some sort of big shot business owner.

Stopped in for lunch as a group of four. I had an open face tuna melt. Other orders included french onion soup, chicken kabobs over rice, and country fried chicken salad. Everything tasted good and presentation was excellent! No complaints on service either. Would stop by again.

One star seems too generous, unfortunately. Our waitress handed us menus and told us to sit wherever and that she’d find us, which seemed oddly aloof. Regardless, we sat. After ordering water, I asked for a drink menu, which was then plopped onto the table somewhat awkwardly in passing. The food was mediocre, at best, and the French fries were cold. From the outside seating, you can clearly see all the wait staff at the front entrance smoking and chatting with friends, which in turn blows the smoke into the patio. I was fairly disappointed.

Wish you could give 0 stars. First off, i asked the waitress a question about the meatloaf and then decided to go with one of the specials, Baked stuffed shrimp. Well our dinners came and low and behold, mine was meatloaf! With sone watery mashed potatoes and plain old broccoli. I decided to give it a try so my husband wouldn’t have to eat alone. It was horrid! Boston Markets meatloaf is better. Husbands burger was average nothing special. We then sat there for 25 minutes trying to get the bill so we could leave. Had to finally ask another waitress if she could track down our waitress. It certainly was not because she was busy… there were only a few tables occupied, which should have been my first red flag. Will never go back. Head to Tweeds on Grove St. or Jj’s in Northboro if you are looking for good pub food and great service!

Food wasn’t good. It was tolerable to eat but I will never go back. It is way too much like the old picadily. They kept the old red rugs and it just looks run down. The service was extremely slow and we were only one of three tables in the whole place.

I really like this place. I think the food is actually better than the old Picadilly Pub. The new owners have kept a lot of what made Picadilly nice, but have also made improvements. It’s a very comfortable setting and I especially think the Pub Onion Soup is excellent. Salads are great also. I would absolutely recommend it.

Ate dinner at the Pic on a recent Saturday night. Had Fish and Chips and they were fabulous! They were moist, tasty.. . nice white fish mmmmmmmm!!! Dined there with friends, nice relaxing atmosphere, good waiter, attentive, but we did not feel rushed! Certainly will dine there for our next Girls Night Out! Also, the prices there are good!

My fiancé and I went for lunch is was alright we had a salad with Tips on it, the portions were very small, good but I would’nt run back there, they have no affliation with the orginal Picadilly’s. It was’nt the worst I have had, but it was’nt great.

The French Onion Soup is as good if not better than many high priced restaurants. Good eats, good prices.

It is hard not to compare this Picadilly’s to the former Piccadilly, but you have to. They have pretty much the same menu, but it does not taste the same. The popcorn was salty, the lettuce did not taste fresh, the chowder had no flavor, and the steak tips were over cooked. The best part about my meal was the coffee. For me, one try is all this Picadilly gets. Sorry!
