Our Association has been with Rickman for over two years. They have worked effectively with our board to plan a multi-​million dollar project. They are responsive to requests. They have helped us build up our reserves also. Our past management company was horrible. We changed to Rickman and it was the best decision we ever made!

Very pleased with Rickman Management. They are attentive to details, have a friendly maintenance staff which go above and beyond and very please with the professionalism of the manager. Owners are readily available when needed.

If you’re looking for a professional, attentive, knowledgeable management company Rickman Management is not for you. If you’re looking for a management company to bill you for services not provided and to juice the maintenance bills in order to line their own pockets then this company is surely for you. My condo association has used them for less than a year and are terribly unsatisfied. Their accounting is all screwed up. You will be double billed and threatened to be sent to collections even if you pay your condo fees every month. They have 10 hands in the pot and no one know their a$$ from their elbow. A word of advice… RUN!!!
