Dr. Said is a very nice doctor. He is like one of those grandfather-types that is harmless and seems very genuine and caring. He has been my PCP for about three years now. Some of his office staff aren’t great. I called at nine this morning to make an appointment for today and the receptionist seemed pretty agitated that I was calling and made sure to let me know that Dr. Said had a full schedule for the day but when she checked, he did have an 11:30 opening. If this was at the beginning of the day, I can’t imagine what her attitude would have been at 4 in the afternoon. The waiting room usually has mixed nut characters and very bad magazines. The only choice today was«Country Sampler,» like every issue for the past five years. Not even the free WebMD mag was present. There is a convenient Starbucks located downstairs.
