Horrid experience! We only went to Sleepy because of a promotional sale. We went there because they had a 72 months 0% finance promotion but it turned into a nightmare. The shopping experience was average at best and the sales person was obviously not trained to explain the financing to us; the monthly payments he told us the finance company would charge is 10% more. It’s not the 72 month 0%promotion, we were promised. We called Sleepy to resolve this issue and were told that we now have to deal directly with the financing company. It’s has been a nightmare trying to resolve this issue with Synchrony Bank. It’s surprising that Sleepy’s does not assist their customers in trying to resolve these types of issues with the bank since they advertise the 72 month 0% interest in their stores. We received absolutely no help from Sleepy’s in trying to resolve this issue. Beware, Beware, Beware! I will never shop at Sleepy’s or deal with Synchrony Bank again. Synchrony bank makes it as difficult as possible for customers with a bunch of red tape/rude customer services agents. I believe that they intend to make it as difficult as possible for customers dealing with these types of issues so they end up getting more of your money.

I went in on tax free weekend, last minute before the store closed. I had shopped the Sleepys in Millbury before and had a great experience, so I figured id give this spot a try. I was greeted by a man named Harry, who was friendly and courteous to myself and children. Again, it was a half hour before close! He took as much time as I needed to help me finalize a purchase and never once rushed me. This was not a huge sale either.(I know what you’re thinking!) He was honest and upfront, and a total pleasure to work with. I got a great price on a bed and mattress, just what I was looking for! There was a small issue with tax being applied to my sale(automatically via the computer), and he assured me Ron would correct it in the morning. Sure enough, when I called first thing in the morning, Ron was well aware and working to correct the issue. Ironically, Ron had helped me in Millbury a couple years before, and is a top notch guy! I cannot express how nice this experience was with Harry and how I had the confidence in Ron to rectify the issue. I would absolutely recommend buying from the store and working with either gentleman. Prices are more than fair depending on your price range!

Spent $ 3,000.00 on a «top of the line» mattress. It developed a vertical crevice after 6 months! My boyfriend and I are not big people. The mattress is defective! I called the corporate office, they told me they would give me a discount on a new mattress, but would have to continue paying for the defective mattress I bought!!! I would have given zero stars if it were possible on this site.
