Tip Top Nails & Spa

Been going here for many years and used to love it but I feel they’ve gotten sloppy. I’m always picking gel/​acrylic off my fingers after they are done, less than a week later they already start looking crappy, the fills take forever because they constantly talk to each other in their language and sometimes are busy on the phone and not paying attention to detail on your nails. Sometimes it takes so long just for a fill because they are talking to each other or on the phone or watching tv. It’s very frustrating and I may be looking for a new place soon… the quality and service has been a steady decline… oh and even if you have an appointment, you sit there and wait for 15 – 30 minutes at times

I really don’t like it when I call and ask if they have availability for two for a pedicure, they say yes, we come on down and then I sit here and watch my sister get a pedicure and I’m still waiting to be taken care of. 20 minutes later, I’ve finally decided to take my feet out of the water because now it’s cold and my skin is pruny. I could’ve found another nail salon. Not to mention the nail tech is rudely talking on her cell phone. Please

Great experience. As others have said, a personable staff. I walked in and was served immediately. I found the price reasonable. I will definitely be going back.

I gave tip top nails 5 stars because it is one of the best nail salons I’ve been too. My mom has been going to Vicky, the owner, for 15 years now. I am 20 and started getting my nails done at age 12. I remember going to tip top nails when it was still on grafton street but in a small small shop next to jj’s pizza and that travel agency place. I’ve been going to Vicky for about 8 years now. She is perfect. I’ve gone to other places before but I really do think that Vicky just has the best high quality acrylic, fake nails, Polish, wax, etc. I don’t trust anybody else to touch my nails or my eyebrows. She’s known me since I was pretty much a toddler. I get so many compliment at work about my nails and I always refer them to tip top nails. I go every two weeks to get my nails done, I book my appointments at 8am because she is there that early and it’s so calming just having her and I in the salon so that way she can focus and do her thing. I really do suggest going to tip top nails for waxing and nails.

My new nail salon. Fast, friendly and consistent! They do take walk ins but I’m an appointment kind of girl. Love it.

Very personable staff i had cindy its nice to have my nails done and have a conversation at the same time. I like my nails alot they do beautiful work ! I found my new salon !

My nails were a mess from a previous Salon. Technician Vicki took extra care an extra time to get my nails back in shape. It was the best acrylic French manicure I have had in a long time. I highly recommend Tip Top Nails.
