Tom completely erased any negative preconceptions I had about the home buying process. From the first time we met, he was a true gentleman – using a no pressure approach that made my experience stress-​free and more fun than it should’ve been.
One day, the house of my dreams happened to fall into my lap. A rather high number of offers came rolling in and I wasn’t even pre-​approved. With seemingly little effort, Tom made it happen.
3 months on, I sit in my beautiful new home writing this review with absolutely no regrets. I tell people that buying a house was «no big deal». Tom was there for me every step of the way and I honestly can’t imagine having a better experience with a realtor. The best of the best.

My wife and I worked with Tom during the long process of buying our first home and the experience superb. Considering that we had to move out of the state and put the whole operation on hold for a couple of years, he was extremely understanding and respectful of our decisions.

Always the consummate professional, I cannot say enough about working with Tom Rheault. He was always there for us and answered our questions and allayed our concerns. Even though ours was a fairly small deal as far as real estate goes Tom made sure we were treated with utmost importance. Knowledge, patient, honest. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I decided I wanted to buy a house. Looking back, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me through every step from explaining how counter offers work to helping me find and get through the home inspection. Tom was patient and easy-​going from the first day explaining the process of buying a house and he was genuinely pleased to see me open the door to my home on the day of closing.
I met several other realtors during my house hunting days through open houses and showings when they wanted to be at their client’s house as Tom took me around, and I can say Tom is by far the most honest, down to earth realtor you’ll find in this area.
