I rented a 5×8 trailer for the day and overall everything went well. The rental process was easy and the trailers are wicked cheap. My only issue was when I got to where I was going I found out there was a lock on the door of the trailer. My fault for not checking. I ended up having to buy some bolt cutters and chop it off. I will still recommend this location.

Shrewsbury, MA
I just moved this weekend. I live in Shrewsbury and moved within town. Hired a 26′ truck. I read some unpleasant reviews. My experience was fantastic. On time, good customer service. No surprises at all. I reserved for 4 days but returned on 3 days. No issue at all. Paid for 3 days. Got the receipt in email. All good.

Surprisingly this group of people helped me find the location even though the rental place in MD gave us the wrong address, this took time and we had till 7 to unload a truck. The manager, who mentioned he was an assistant manager wearing an owner tag with the name of Russell on it. (this detail I could be mistaken on because 8 ours of driving made me delirious) Either way this guy gave us an additional 20 minutes to finish up after closing and was extremely helpful when we came back to return the truck.
The room we got was a bigger than needed room, 8×10×7 but it allowed us to put in a 17′ truck and move things around as needed. Very clean rooms, lacking lights though.
The GM Sandy was especially helpful when directing us there!
Happy this is the place we are storing our belongings for the next couple months

These guys WILL try to rip you off. Check the odometer and gas before you leave! When you return the truck, they will say, «you’re all set». But ask for the receipt! They tried to charge me $ 30 extra for gas when I had filled the tank! Be prepared to make a scene… Ridiculous!
