This was my first time hiring a chimney sweep and had no clue who to use. I needed this done as soon as possible for the impending hurricane. I was not able to book any appointments within a two week time frame, but Ultimate gave me an appointment the next day.
They followed up with phone calls to ensure me the technician would be on his way. He arrived promptly at our appointment time. He was really nice, he did a great job and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I would recommend them.
