I’ve been frustrated by lack of courtesy and organization with this place. My stuff is selling and I enjoy looking around the store, but it has not been an easy experience.

I hate labeling this as «thrift» because to me that means cheaper than retail. I don’t think that applies here. This consignment boutique had some lovely items but everything that I was interested in far exceeded what I would pay for it. I mean this stuff had a previous owner so $ 35 for a minor brand(not cashmere) argyle sweater seemed a bit much. The vintage items were beautiful — nothing that I could incorporate into an outfit but I’m old now and not avant garde. They did have some fabulous leather jackets for a STEAL at $ 35 and up. All of the coats seemed to be in great condition. Also, don’t forget to go upstairs for Menswear, more jewelry, and antique linens. There are quite a few beautiful lace doilies for $ 3 – 10. These look to be handmade — and who does that anymore? I really loved all the vintage hats and accessories. If I come back — that’s what I will gravitate towards next time. If you are looking for nicer than Salvation Army — you will find it at Unique Boutik.
