Best Service I have ever received! Great prices and if they do not have a better price they will match it or beat it every time. Our Rep is Ryan, he comes into the office and drops off coffee just to make sure everything is ok. Do you know a rep like that? I can email him or call him for literally anything.
He noticed that we just expanded the office and recommended that he design the layout and finishes. At first I was skeptical but his Team army of WB Mason employees was there the next day to measure, recommend materials, show design layouts, and answer our questions! I have never seen service like this before. We designed the whole office with WB Mason with quality products from Hon and it came out to be the most competitive quote.
Special thanks to Chris & Ryan for our new offices and supplies we could not be happier.

As an Executive Administrative Assistant for my agency, who places orders in behalf of the various locations we operate, I have found this vendor to be the WORST we have ever used for placing orders. Not once have they failed to disappoint us by messing up our orders in one way or another… BUT no matter how many times you express your disappointment in their lack of «excellent» customer services, they have yet to show improvement in this area!
All I can say is that if this company continues to make the ongoing errors that I am currently witnessing, we will inevitably find another VENDOR who cares more about their customers than WB MASON!
At present, I recommend this enterprise to no one… JUST SAYING

I order from WB Mason frequently for work, and they deliver from this location. They’re so speedy and efficient! I ordered at lunchtime today and here they were before 4pm with my office supplies. And polite to boot! I never order from anywhere else.
