Bought good tires, great price! Customer service in tire dept. is lacking. It seems they will sell you the tires but are not interested in providing after sale balancing and rotation services: perhaps because there is no charge. If you want decent tires and subpar service go to Walmart. Last tires I will buy there!

This place is seriously a dump. Too bad I have to give a one star in order to post this review. I’ve wasted so much time driving here to buy things and then finding a messy store and of course the item is out of stock because how can you tell what you have in stock and what you don’t when everything is thrown all over the place. The staff is unhelpful and the management does not care what a waste. Save your time and drive up and go to Target or somewhere else.

Understaffed and rarely stocks up during prime times. Every time I go to this Walmart to look for something they say is in stock online, they never have it at the actual store

I paid $ 70 for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited five hours after being told 30 mins and having an appointment. They never changed my oil or rotated my tires. Thank you Valvoline for noticing.

Came to Walmart to get an oil change, waited over an hour, when I asked how much longer she said she didn’t know she was trying to go to lunch, I’m glad she knew what was important, told them thanks anyways asked for my keys back, that what I get for thinking I was gonna save some money, and there’s no one in the bay’s but it won’t let me post a picture.

This place is a dump. Avoid it like the plague if you can help it. I’ve been yelled at by employees, waited in line for forever, and grossed out by the lack of cleanliness.

Bought tires from a different Walmart store and they went completly bald within two weeks. Brought them to the closest Walmart TLE center. This Walmart tried making me pay for both, then one of the tires, then charged me to balance the tires.
The customer service is extremely lacking.

I ordered two tires from
. After they arrived, I went into the store and I had to go up to customer service and bring them back to the tire center.|
After carrying my tires all the way back to the tire center they told me it would take about an hour to install the two tires. Well I came back 90 minutes later and they hadnt even started installing the tires. Come back another hour later and same thing. Finally 4.5 hours later it was done. BEST PART: they took off my two good tires and installed the wrong tires. After talking to the manager she said I could come back the next day or wait 1 – 1.5 hours to get them reinstalled correctly. SO I ended up having to wait another 1.5 hours. so 6.5 hours later I left the Walmart TIre Center in Worcester pretty upset I spent the whole day there.
