Aladdin’s Eatery

I have loved Aladdin’s for years, and was so happy to find this one close to home! Everything is made fresh with natural ingredients… try the Tropical Smoothie! Their grilled and stuffed pita rolls are amazing and satisfying; my favs are the Arayiss, the turkey & cheddar or the Spicy Kafta. Their homemade hot sauce now comes sold in large containers! My husband and I love dining here! We don’t get to often because the location is a bit out of our way. PLEASE, put an Aladdin’s in the Easton/​gahanna area — the area is desperate for good Mediterranean food! The hummus appetizer is large and very good and the waiters are always fantastic about providing extra pita. My husband is vegan — he usually gets the jasmine favorite rice and I almost always get the Aladdin’s chicken pitza. I wish we could make it there more often!

Went with office colleagues for team lunch sponsored by Boss. Good mediterranean food. The menu strictly runs around hummus and baba-​ghanouse, forgive my spelling here. Good ambience with «feel-​great» service. Ordered some chicken with hummus for entrée and falafel for appetizer, and falafel was clearly the savior of happy free lunch

The ambiance of the restaurant was nice as well was the staff. We were assisted very soon, and we were not felt rushed at all. Hannah was our waitress, and did a marvelous job. Our drinks were kept full, our falafel appetizer was outstanding, and our entrée was delish. I loved the hummus and chicken I had (there was a generous helping of hummus) was spiced just perfectly. We will eat here again. BTW… they do have take-​out.

I went for the first time yesterday and I will say that if I am out by the Worthington Mall again, I would definitely go back. There was only one or two other tables so getting seated was quick. We looked through their rather large menu and were able to easily find vegan dishes thanks to their labeling. Have I mentioned how much I love places that do this? I really really do!
We ordered a hummus to share which was quite large and tasty. Garnishing the dish with a fresh olive, tomato and cucumber was a nice touch. We all had more than enough and the waitress was quick to refill the flat bread (although she was a little too quick and should have waited a moment for us to finish grabbing the last piece). Everyone enjoyed their entrees and the portions were large enough for everyone to leave full and still have leftovers. I had the Loubie and will be trying to make this at home soon!
Between the customer service, décor, portion sizes and reasonable pricing, I will definitely be back!

The wait for pick up was crazy, called in at 5:20 was told 15−20min it was over 30 min wait for the food, they did prepare until I arrived. NOT HAPPY!!!

I’ve had lunch during the week several times — the hummus appetizer is a large serving, and they give you flat bread instead of fluffier pita you may be used to (as I was expecting) — still good, though!
I keep ordering the rolled pitas — they’re so good! I’ve had dessert a couple times — they’re pretty good, but not as amazing as their main dishes.
The service is usually pretty quick — sometimes it can be slow (especially when they’re busy) but I don’t think I’ve ever felt «forgotten» or «neglected.»
The parking is plentiful, so I’d say park near a mall entrance and walk in, instead of trying to park on the Kroger’s side to find a spot.

The hummus is a nice appetizer to begin the meal unfortunately, each of or beers were over 2 months expired, and the waitress was quite over zealous. She brought our check about 5 minutes after we got our entrees and kept clearing plates throughout the meal. It made it difficult to enjoy ourselves. I say skip this place, and checkout another place in worthington!

Went for lunch on Saturday. Heard it was a nice place with a lot of healthy options. The place was nearly empty.
The menu is pretty big and we settled on the Fattoush salad and the Spicy Kafka pita. The salad was good — stuffed with tomato and cucumber, peppers, a few crunchy pita pieces and topped with a tangy sumac-​y dressing. They forgot to put the hot sauce on the Kafka (so it was not spicy) and when we told them they brought out a side of sauce. I think they should have offered to remake it, but it was tasty all the same. This place is over all pretty good.
Note: the Fattoush salad has over 1,000 calories and 60+ grams of fat… Something I wish I would have realized before ordering. Even though they boast about their «healthful menu,» it’s best to check with the staff if you are looking for more figure-​friendly dishes.

Today I went to Aladdin’s with my parents for father’s day and was pleasantly surprised. All three of us enjoyed our food, even my mother who generally does not care for middle eastern cuisine. I got the flaflel Pitza and it was delicious, dare I say one of the best I’ve ever had. Our experience was very enjoyable and will definitely be back!

Our family has dined at the Aladdin’s Eatery two times and have appreciated the food and service both times. The ladies have had the chicken salad roll and I have had the chicken salad pocket both times because we enjoyed the meal so much the first time. We really should try other offerings because the menu is quite unique, none of the standard old boring burgers and fries at this place. They display the deserts at the main counter and we see them as we walk in from the parking lot entrance. They are beautiful and so tempting but we are always too full to want one when the meal is done. No crowds to deal with at this new eatery so enjoy it before you have to wait an hour to get in.

I am so glad this new location is now open. The restaurant looks great, and I love that it can be accessed from both outside and from in the mall. The open-​to-​the-​mall side allows for some casual people-​watching, which I always think is enjoyable while dining. Another big positive for this location — plenty of parking! I am always a fan of easy parking… which is not always the case at the Clintonville location.
As you would expect from Aladdin’s, the food was tremendous. I did not deviate from my standard order — Mediterranean Beef Kafta Plate. Delicious, just as I would expect from my prior Aladdin’s experiences. My wife had the Mediterranean Lamb Plate and said it was great. My father had the Char-​grilled Tuna Salad, and he was very pleasantly surprised by two nice size pieces of tuna on top. I’m not sure what other food was ordered, but it all looked tremendous and I heard only positive comments from the rest of our party.
We will certainly be returning. I think this is just what the Worthington Mall needs. I love being able to take a promenade through the mall after eating. It helps enhance the entire experience.
