Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
I made a reservation several months ago for a 4 night stay. Then about a month before my trip I found out that I would only need to stay for 3 nights. So I called and asked them to drop the 4^th night off my reservation. The lady I spoke to was not very pleasant, but she said she took care of it. A couple weeks went by and I never got a confirmation email or anything, so I decided to check my Choice Hotels account. I found my reservation info and realized that they actually charged me more for the 3 night stay than they were originally supposed to charge me for the 4 night stay. I called the hotel again to ask them about that. I’m pretty sure it was the same lady who answered, and this time she was extremely rude, not helpful at all and she hung up on me. After that, I canceled my reservation all together and booked a better hotel. Please do not ever stay at this hotel.

Econo Lodge is among the economy hotel/​motel chains. This one fits that bill! But the nice part is it was clean and the staff was nice. My rating is based on this level of accommodation and I’d stay again.
If you’re expecting lots of bells and whistles, fork out more cash to sleep somewhere else.

Room is clean could use some remodeling and upgrades (flat screen television) but very easy checking threw rewards thanks to Verizon points.

Worst hotel experience ever! DO NOT stay here no matter what! The customer service is absolutely horrible here and they don’t care about it! The housekeeping lady pushed her cleaning cart into me and refused to give me her name, instead she asked me for mine and gave me a dirty look! Disgusting hotel with disgusting people running it! Never will I ever return again!!!

They Offered Me To Sleep on Floor of Laundry Room With My Child!
This hotel offered one of the worst experiences EVER! I was driving in from 300 miles away and running late and I called at 11pm saying that I was running late and plan to be there by early morning and that I understood I had to pay for the room for that night, and I wanted to keep my reservation as it is. The clerk on the phone was really nice and everything seemed fine. I arrived at 8am and apparently, my reservation was «automatically» cancelled since I did not show up by 2am and my room was given away.
There was a huge conference in town that weekend and everything was sold out, and I was almost in tears because I was so exhausted from driving all night with a young special needs child.
The owner told me that they have no rooms available and I asked her if she can help me find a room somewhere since I talked their night staff and they assured me they would save my room, and the OWNER told me this, exactly, in a really snippy way:
«What do you want me to do?! You want to sleep on the floor of my laundry room? I do not mind if you do, I can give you some blankets.»
I was like whaaaaat? I could not believe she said that to me … to top it all off, they charged me for the night that I was a «no show» and refused to refund me for that night …
Do not ever stay at this hotel — it is the worst hotel ever and I can not even believe that Choice Hotels would allow such owners to run one of their properties this way … I called their customer service regarding the night I was charged for and they basically said it was up to the property to refund me and I already know they are not going to refund me, so … all I can do is share my experience … Find another hotel, there are plenty in Worthington, OH

The worst place ever. They took my credit card info and checked someone else in my room. The manager said she didn’t care n she gave away the last room. Don’t stay here, trust me… it smells like curry n they r doing shady things there. The cops have been called. Don’t waste your money.

Cheap — huge room though — the bed was BIG but the blankets were very thin and scratchy, regular ol hotel blankets. Right next to Buca di Beppo though which was a big plus. The Wifi didn’t work. The room we were in was on the end so the shower had a dormer in it and was difficult to take a shower.
