I found Helpbringer from my realtor. In the interest of speed and working with a local lender I decided to give them a call. We are a week in and so far I am finding that «speed» is laughable. They have missed every deadline they promise to meet and are poor at replying to calls, texts, and emails. I am hoping they get their act together. Haven’t thrown in the towel yet. I will share an update in 4 days. Hopefully things will change but if not maybe I can save one of you from wasting your time. At the very least I can reveal who to avoid at Helpbringer.
