From the moment we walked into their store, it was clear that customer service was not their priority but we kept working with them thinking it was a fluke, how could they have so many good reviews and really treat us his horribly? Sadly, it only got worse. In the warehouse and office, good luck ever finding someone to actually help you. Everytime I went people seemed too busy to work with us. There was always even more customers waiting around to be helped. W When I scheduled a time for them to come measure, no one showed up. I had to call three times and speak to three different people until I got the appointment rescheduled. No one ever called me back! Not only did I take off work for that appointment, but no one even apologized for the inconvenience or hassle. When they came to install the granite, the installers hardly knew what they were talking about. They didn’t bring the remenant I asked for and only after two calls to the office(and some major complaining on my part) was I told I could drive up there and pick it up. Even though it was their mistake. Now I just looked at my bill and I’ve been charged $ 100 more than I was quoted and more than the installers bill said. Not looking forward to trying to call the office another three times to get thus taken care of. I don’t know if something has recently happened, but I had little to no good experiences with this company. Employees did not go out of their way to do anything that made us want to recommend this company to anyone else.
