My first time at this location today and have never had worse service from a coffee shop in my life. I asked for a large HOT caramel latte from the male cashier. He asked one of the ladies how to make one and she said out loud for everyone to hear, «you don’t know how to make a fucking latte?» He precedes with no so instead of showing him she just took over and made it herself. I should have watched her make it since her ignorance should have been a good indication that she wouldn’t even know how to do something as simple as boil hot water. The cashier then rang me out and had the cup so close to the edge of his register counter that I had to reach over and grab it instead of him handing it to me. After about 10 minutes into my ride home I decided to take a sip and it tasted like milk and only milk. It was cold as ice and a complete waste of money. Lattes are usually so hot they burn your mouth but my mistake for thinking that ignorant girl could do anything right.

My daily pick me up or three comes from dunkies of basically two different locations here and in franklin… And i almost never have an issue.(the new people always need a feww days to get mine just right) very kind employees. I have a favorite she never fails me, always makes it to perfection. Still waiting for a customer appreciation award for being the best customer… :)

Stopped in minutes before closing and these ladies were awesome. Even though they were closing for the night they made me fresh decaf and let me to use the restroom. Thanks for the great service!

This place had an awful drive through layout. Beyond that though, this Dunkin is above all others. Service is fast, polite, and most importantly accurate. They have yet to screw up my order.

Second time I’ve been to this location and unreal service. The people do not listen to you as you give your order and honestly seem a bit immature by their lack of professionalism by having personal conversations as your state your order than get upset when you say they got the order incorrect. Twice my order was incorrect here 2 different people. Also may I add yesterday was the worst experience via drive through as the young woman asked which order of the 3 coffees she was holding was my TEA it has a TEABAG on the side pretty obvious. Then she asked me to take the 2 other coffees she had there … What in the heck??? Never going back again going out of my way to go to franklin dunkies by bobs

Every time I get a latte from here it looks and tastes like a cup of milk. Waste of my money. Also if you go through the drive-thru and look up, you’ll be delighted to see at least a hundred GIGANTIC spiders with eggs and all sorts of crap in their webs — an employee actually pointed it out to me once. Gross.

They have French Crullers Almost none of the other DD locations have them. Used to be every location made their donuts fresh. But now they’re pooped out by a machine and trucked in twice a day. And if that wasn’t bad enough, they took all of the trans fat out of the donuts. That’s like taking all of the noise and stink out of a fart. It’s the bad stuff that makes it good. If you don’t want the fat(or the stink), avoid them. This Dunkin Donuts scores higher because they have more of a donut selection, the place is clean, and the employees are less surly.
