I recently made the trip to Wrentham outlets just to get some holiday shopping done before the rush. I was greeted by every single employee at Journey’s and ended up walking out with 2 pairs of GREAT shoes at a great price! I will definitely go back, all of the staff worked in synch from making sure I got the right size to ringing me out quickly!

in regards to nick m. s review… the store has since gone under a major change and has a totally new management staff… we hope you do not take nicks review and have it affect your coming to see us. i and several others have recently taken over the store and turned it into a customer service haven!!! please come see us!

Today, my partner and myself took two dear friends of ours who have come to visit us from Ireland to the Wrentham outlets. One of our friends wanted to purchase a pair of Uggs for one of her daughers and accidentally bought the wrong color from a Journeys store in Auburn. We were told we could return the Uggs to any location, so we went to this store because it was convenient for us. We were sadly greeted by two girls who work at the store who were complete bitches! They «looked down» on us, were completely unhelpful, and acted like we were bothering them for even walking into the store! I don’t know if they were shooting heroin in the back storage room or something, but I have NEVER in all my life experienced such horrible customer service! Then, we were told they didn’t have any «cash» to give us the refund for our return, and that they could provide us with a «debit card». Something about not having any cash transactions all day long… sounds like complete bullshit to me! So, needless to say, I had to swipe my debit card, so the funds could be reimbursed to my checking account. No wonder why they had no cash transactions; who the hell wants to purchase shoes from a store with people who greet them in such a rude fashion?! I will NEVER go back here again! I am absolutely disgusted that my friends from Ireland had to be subjected to such ludicrous behavior! If I were these two girls, I would be ashamed of myself!
