White Barn Farm

Excellent Farmers, excellent produce, what more could you ask for?
Make sure you compliment their baby, it will solidify your relationship and get you serious brownie points (always brown nose the farmer, they might be your only chance of survival some day…) and ask about their events, they know how to throw a party.

Not only do they have a great roadside farm stand most days of the week, they are super friendly and do lots of great community stuff. Last Friday I went there to watch a movie, projected hugely on the side of the beautiful, old, and quaint white barn. The movie was «The Greenhorns,» about young farmers such as the owners of the White Barn Farm, and the film-​maker was there.
There was a little live music before the sun went down; they popped some popcorn. It felt great to walk through the beautiful farm at dusk. People brought chairs, blankets, snacks (I saw a couple having a full-​on dinner during the movie), and bottles of water or wine.
After the movie people were welcome to hang out in the warm darkness, but unfortunately I had to go home, but I left wanting to come back.
They also have yoga in the barn on Fridays!
