My boyfriend saw a jacket that he liked and was looking for a size up. One of the sales associates that I approached wasn’t too friendly or welcoming but I didn’t think too much of it. I asked her for the size up and she told me that everything they had was what was left. At the same time, my boyfriend had approached another sales associate. The sales associate that he approached was extremely friendly and was willing to go above and beyond to help my boyfriend. Her name was Miriam or MaryAnn. She checked the system to see if they had any in the back or if other outlet stores had any. That made a huge difference to us and our perception of the store. Another associate(not sure if she was a sales lead) — Nicole, spent the remainder of the time reaching out to quite a few locations to do a charge send for us. She found a location for us and my boyfriend was very happy. As long as Nicole and Mirian/MaryAnn are working you are in good hands. As for the other girl, she needs training in customer service.

Best time to shop is December/January when everything is on sale for Christmas and then everything is on liquidation sale to move out last year and say HELLO! to the new new new(I usually find deals of 75% off… which is just ridiculous, and most likely the BEST deal you’ll find at the«outlets»). It can certainly be a push-shove situation if the store is crowded. The styles of jackets/gloves/hats/luggage are kind of sporadic, so everyone finds SOMETHING they want but not without a bit of rooting around. Make sure you check the tag if you’re hoping for genuine leather(you might be disappointed) and check for any possible seam/zipper flaws(it IS an outlet store, after all). The check-out area can be difficult to reach due to customer clog-ups and there are only two registers(LINES!). But I’d certainly say that it’s worth a visit if your budget is tight and you’re looking for a nice jacket/coat.

I am really disappointed with Wilson’ Leather… The set up here definitely make it feels like a «second» hand or a thrift shop… Though being a Leather Expert… Most of the handbags are made from faux leather… Even those leather jacket just looks and feel cheap… what’s the point to mark up your MSRP to $ 500 and get 70% off and really that jacket doesn’t even worth $ 50? Poor workmanship and material… Next!

This is not a bad place to get a great price on an OK jacket. The styles are a bit varied, and so is the quality. The people working there are far from experts, but they try to be as helpful as possible and despite it usually being crowded, are friendly. One thing to know before going in, is that they have a permanent«70% OFFSALE» sign. Its actually 60−70% off MSRP — and the price is usually right on the ticket. If you know that going in, and aren’t shy about asking the sales people for a price before you buy, you’ll still find reasonable deals. Budget extra time here, it can get crazy.
