Four of us went here for lunch. Miso soup was luke warm. Two of us had spring rolls, which were delicious. Then the main courses arrived. Overall the food was warm at best. Two teriyaki chickens were bland and recently de-thawed. Pineapple chicken was OK, but the rice was rather crunchy. The teriyaki beef was«rare».(It was not requested rare). None of us finished our meals.

I love Tokyo C they are a buisness with family type customer service. I have been eating here for years and i love the owners. I always eat the spicy tuna, and spicy ahi it is the best. The rolls are fresh and made to order. The food is so yummy anything you order.

If there were more than 3 places to eat within a 5 mile radius, I’d never eat here. Food is good but it takes foooooorever to order and then get your food. Not worth the wait unless you have 3 hours for lunch.

Never have I ever been treated so rudely by restaurant staff. I just ordered a couple special rolls for delivery. I am allergic to Avacado, so I ordered a roll that had none, but also made a point to verify that there were no avacado. The food showes up 30 minutes after they said it would,(it happens), and every roll we ordered had avacado in it(again, it happens). We decide to call back and get another roll that I can eat without getting sick. While the woman taking the order was rude throught our ENTIRE experience(definitely happens), she proceeded to tell us to just pop the avacado out of the roll. When we said we wanted another roll, she said she didn’t have time — just pop it out. HAHA! Great way to lose business. The food was good, despite the extra work. Next time, try Jade Island — 969US highway 206, Bordentown NJ(609) 324‑7200

Unlike Ashley D. that rated this place a 1 and gave taco bell a 5 and claims it was the best restaurant in the area, I’ll give you a review from back on earth. I moved here in 2009 and was looking for a good Japanese place. I had found one that satisfied my cravings. The family that runs this is awesome, and the old man cracks me up. They are really friendly and polite, so that’s always a big plus one in my books. The food is great, I’ve had better, but when you combine the atmosphere, and staff it makes things a lot better. I used to come here weekly and have moved farther away recently, but will always recommend this place.

We found this place when looking for a Japanese place for lunch. At 1:30 the place was completely empty, the restaurant had a weird smell, and the waiter was wearing sandals. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box lunch and my boyfriend ordered the teriyaki beef. The bento box was ok, I would just expect a different side other than rice. The beef teriyaki was not seasoned and the portion was very small.
