Horrible experience. Their parking staff is rude. Would not let me drop off three kids who had their season passes and skis/boots. Told the parking attendant that the 5 year old cannot carry his skis and boots. He told me that he would have let me in if I had the skis and gear. Showed him the skis etc and then he said no. Gave me some BS about fire marshall requirement legally no is allowed to go up. Right when I was talking, this guy pulled up in his truck and was part of the band and was allowed to go up. Felt like he lied to me about the fire marshall and no one is allowed to go up. Asked to speak to a manager, his supervisor came and he was equally rude. Told me that 3 year old walk up to the resort so why cant a five year old not walk with his gear. Other than the parking staff, all other staff in ticketing, guest services, are great. Next year I will drive a little more and go to Snow Summit rather than Mt high. If you’re looking for a good experience I would recommend driving a bit more and going to Big Bear. Would not recommend Mt high to anyone. Special kudos to the lift staff who are always willing to assist little kids hop on and off the lift and Michael who is a great trainer.

Had a blast at Mountain High this week! Bryan was the BEST trainer ever! He saw that my friend and I were having a hard go of it and offered to take us on privately. It was just amazing. Could never had attempted to snowboard the way I did without him — even if it was horribly bad. Highly recommend Mountain High and please ask for Bryan, huh?

I visited Mt High for the first time a few wks ago, and had a blast navigating the bunny slopes on the west and east spots. It was my first time snowboarding, and even though I’m super banged up today, I absolutely loved it. But none of it would have been possible if it wasn’t for one especially kind and helpful(off-duty) ski patrol employee named Chris. On my first time down the slope, I realized my iPod had fallen out of my pocket, so I immediately unsnapped my board so I could run uphill to search for it. Being an absolute novice snowboarder, I didn’t anticipate the high speed my board would go sailing down the slope away from me! I couldn’t reach it before it went flying past the ropes and off the edge. Ten minutes into my trip, I was snowboard-less! Also, about to be $ 300-less, since it was a rental. Then I noticed a gentleman peering over the cliff, trying to spot my board. Within a minute, he called to me, letting me know he sees it, and is going down the steep edge(that I could never have trekked) to get it. I am SOOOO grateful to Chris! I tried to repay him with a meal or a drinnk, but he was so gracious, declined, and said he was happy to help. I am so lucky that I caught Chris there on his off-duty time, because without him, there was nobody else around to help out a desperate beginner like myself. Thanks Mt High for having an awesome staff! Chris really made my entire day possible :)

Hell ya. They save you more money then Walmart! There is discount lift tickets for Mountain High and they do contests on their myspace. the cougar hunter has invited me a few times and we didnt have to raid the money tree. Add them as a friend and keep your eyes open. Thank you Snow Patrol!

These Guys have the hookup’s when it comes to discount lift tickets for Mountain High.(this is not the ski patrol that saves you when you fall) You can save some major lettuce by stopping here before you go up, either buy on-line or print out the discount. It’s so easy a caveman can do it. Not only that if you visit there website at
you can enter into these contest they have and win some lift tickets too. Its the real deal, I know because I won, and sure as shit they sent me 2 all access lift tickets to mountain High ! Hey I am all about saving money right now so do yourself a favor and check them out… These guys rock !!!
