This is the best Tim Hortons that I have ever been to. The service was pleasant and fast. Good product.

Ok, my friend asked me to go back to a cold stone after my first visit a few weeks ago while in Florida. She is a cold stone fans da sled me to go back so I did. We went the shared Tim hortons/cold stone in Wyandotte. The two employees who waited on us were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the ice cream with all the fixings, however, I think it is still too expensive for what you get.

The service here is bad. There is often no one at the counter, long waits in the drive through etc. But what really bothers me is that my order is usually wrong. So after you wait too long for service you don’t get what you’ve ordered. I think this is just a poorly managed location. It seems to be run by 16 year olds(literally). I do like the convenience of having a Tim Hortons/Cold Stone in our town. There is a lot of potential here, it just needs new management.

Gave them a 2 because I’d give Coldstone a 3 and Tim Horton’s a 1. Coldstone is 24 hours and usually the product you get is decent. What you’d expect. Tim Horton’s sucks. On paczki day one year I ordered 6 paczki’s and 6 mixed donuts. They gave me a box of stale mixed donuts and a box of stale mixed muffins from under the counter. Who knows how long ago they packaged them. Blech. Ever since, service has been a similar experience. Slow and dopey teenagers giving me stale baked goods and acting like ordering is a huge inconvenience for them. Sorry, but, get a different job if you don’t like serving people. Just a side note… I’d easily knock off 3 stars just because of their fish fly problem and how it is handled. They just let those disgusting pests sit on their building constantly all day, where other shops with brightly lit windows go through the trouble of hosing the building down to help with the infestation that can’t be avoided otherwise. There’s always a trail of dead fish fly bodies from the doors to the line like nobody’s ever heard of a frigging mop. The place should just be shut down in the summer. GROSS.
