I love the grinders but I have to say it always worries me when I go in there and the preparers aren’t wearing gloves. Great food but gloves should be a must.

I got a steak calzone and my wife got a pizza calzone. They were good but the customer service was horrible! The employees were swearing and fighting as we sat inside and ate. The one employee stormed out and the others sat and talked about him for 10 minutes before he came back. It’s sad because the food was hot and fresh and a good value but the service wasn’t equally as good.

One of my favorite restaurants Downriver! The service is always very friendly, the wait times are often even less than they initially say when ordering, the variety on the menu is mind-boggling. There’s food on the expensive end but also some cheaper options, always very tasty & worthwhile. Will definitely return to this place again and again!

What a joke. I called to place an order because of the «wonderful wait staff» I kept hearing about and spent over 5 minutes on hold and no one ever picked up. I did however, get to listen in on a couple employees talking about what their plans are this weekend though. Won’t bother attempting to try this place again.

This is our go to place when in the mood for subs/grinders. Have yet to have one we don’t like. The kids love the garlic bread and taco pizza. The tables are clean, the pop counter isn’t sticky, and the bathrooms are maintained. Great for groups, our church meets here, sometimes for hours, when planning local events and the staff is always welcoming to us. A little pricey ($ 10 for a while grinder), but I think it’s worth the money.

Great grinders, good pizza and interesting promotions. I just got a medium pizza with 2 items for $ 2.99 for liking them on facebook. Interesting sandwiches here that you do not see at other places. Family friendly dining room that even has a piano for anyone who is so inspired. A lady was playing some fine music when I was there on saturday.

The grinders keep me coming back. Have never had a bad one and have tried almost all of them. Not as big a fan of their pizza and other items. The pizza is good, just not my style and there are better places for it in the area. This place is about the grinders. Kitchen and dining area are kept clean and staff is always super friendly and inviting.

This location is on point. EVERYTHING is made perfectly and is delicious. Where do I begin?
Pretty much every grinder is fantastic and fresh. From the Chicago steak to the tuna to the meatball to the turkey club. No joke! Try a grinder stat. They are to toasted too and you can customize the toppings if you aren’t digging what it comes with.
Onto the pizza. ummmm, yeah! Pizza is also excellent. Crust is even edible. Hard to do!
Cheese bread is another fav. Real cheese people! And finally, their salads are well made and full to the max.
They deliver. They get the order correct every time. They are fast and they hook you up on napkins, cups, utensils like no other. My company never agrees on where to order food from for our company lunches. All of us agree on Mancino’s!

Love the grinders. Especially the Chicago style steak with the garlic butter. The phone number listed in their Unilocal listing was incorrect. Hopefully that gets fixed.
