Absolutely thrilled with Adrian’s!
I brought my earrings to have their backs changed to safety backs. These are not giant glitzy earrings — simple understated studs that are beyond sentimental to me. Adrian’s treated me (and my earrings!) with the utmost care. The clearly cater to a wide variety of price points, yet they made me feel like I was just as important as the next person (which is the opposite of what I experienced at the jeweler down the street!). The very helpful woman offered multiple options for backs, explained details, offered prices without my having to ask, and said they’d be ready in a day or two, as opposed to the 2 WEEKS I’d heard from the other store.
All the work is done in-​house, and I had no qualms about l leaving my earrings behind. 2 days later I received a call that they were ready. Went in and they were perfect! Love the safety backs which aren’t the screw type, but a push-​in type which makes the earrings even more secure. They diamonds had been cleaned and they placed them in a box for me to take home so they would be safe. I met Jacob, who had done the work, and he was very pleasant and helpful as well.
Again, the person helping was beyond attentive and friendly (I can’t remember his name, but thank you!)
I will definitely return, and will recommend to friends!
