This business is terrible. I still have not gotten my money back from these people for mulch that was ordered months ago. This is the second review I have posted on here, for some reason all the reviews were taken down there were lots more bad ones before. Please people do not do business with these people. I live in Montvale and have a neighbor down the street who has also not gotten what she ordered (river rock). Jason told me I was getting my money back but no such luck, when my friend asked about getting her money back his reply «what do I look like a magician?» Really never had an experience quite like it, I will definitely not be doing business with these people again and strongly advise you not too either.

It’s unfortunate that companies can choose a name like dependable, rather than earn it.
We purchased a half chord of firewood from DM online. Sounds easy right? After 3 weeks, 10 calls, 5 visits to the store, 4 snow storms, 2 tweets… NO firewood. We finally had to get a refund.
After they missed the first delivery date, they called a week later, apologized, and guaranteed a prompt delivery that week. No show, no phone call… This happened a couple more times. We had to hound them. They answered their phone 1 out of every 10 times. When you do reach them, they are filled with stories. They even went as far as to say that the wood was «on truck #4 and will be at the house shortly.» Another false statement. No wood, no call, no show.
Avoid this business. The name is deceiving.
