It’s decent for a big salad and anything you want in it. The store itself is clean and never have to wait long for my order. Great lunch spot

If it was possible to write a negative star review I would. They turn off their grill at 7pm but they close at 8:30pm? You’re left with hardly any meat, oh yes 2 pieces on the carving board. No thank you! So unappetizing!

Not so exciting, staff member who assisted me was hardly trained and had trouble making a Blt sandwich. This sandwich consisted of a few pieces of lettuce, a few tomatoes and a few bacon crumbles. This is NOT a Blt sandwich. Extremely disappointing and I will never return.

meh, that’s how I feel about this place. I came this past Friday and since it was lent I ordered tuna on my salad. In addition to tuna, I put eggs, cucumbers, carrots, chick peas and peppers. I asked for balsamic dressing mixed into the salad/fixings…and what did I get? Fixings that were drowning in an overwhelming amount of balsamic dressing and all the lettuce was left dry. So, essentially, I had soggy fixings plopped on top of dry lettuce… sound appetizing to you? And not to mention, it was very expensive to boot. I went back and asked for additional dressing to pour over the dry lettuce and it helped but there was no fixing the now soggy and mushy fixings on top of my salad. I ate it all anyway because I was hungry and well, I paid for it. I’ve been to the Salad Works in Wayne, NJ plenty of times and have always had wonderful experiences. So, this review is not an overall rating of Salad Works, just the Wyckoff location. I will not be back.

I really wanted to like this place, because I have been to other salad works and they were ok. I ordered a chicken Cobb wrap with my wife who also got the same order. Chicken and tortilla was dry and tasteless. It was over loaded with eggs and so cold from the refrigeration that it hurt my teeth to bite down on the thing. I thought the cookie was going to be the saving grace. I thought wrong. The only thing that was decent was the cream of broccoli soup and lays potato chips. It’s relatively inexpensive though and saves the review from a single star. Two wraps, two chips, two bottles of water, a soup, and a cookie: $ 20.

Definately a great first time experience. I’m not a big salad eater. But tried the Greek salad and it was great! Marc was great and very helpful! Definately will return here soon!

Not a bad place to come when you want something a little different. I had the half salad and soup combo. The Caesar salad was delicious, very tasty. Then I chose the Maryland Crab soup which was a little bit on the spicy side, which made it even better. I was completely satisfied with my meal and for only $ 11 with a vitamin water. I don’t think you can go wrong here. Can’t wait to go back and try some other selections.

Salad works is like no other. It’s not a fast food salad place. I’ve read reviews comparing to Panera Bread salads and panera is nothing. Salad works is a unique salad bar that gives you so many options to choose from. Everything is always fresh and tasty. Try the grilled steak!

The place has awesome soup and a great selection of it. I’m not a salad guy, but I’ve heard the salad is just as good as the soup. The sad thing is, it’s next to McDonalds and Goldbergs, and both of them are a lot more popular than SaladWorks, which sadly means they’ll be the first to go unless it becomes more popular.

Saladworks is nowhere near the quality of Panera salads. Ingredients are not as fresh or attractive. Workers are indifferent and I ordered a salad with chicken and did not get any chicken. Not great!

Vegetarians and vegans might be disappointed in a Saladworks to see that only two of the 21 menu salads do not include meat — the Greek and the Garden Deluxe — but you can always make your own as you like. Vegetables are crisp and fresh, soups are great, the bread is warm, and the space is as sparkling clean as any brand-new eatery. Definitely coming back.

I dunno. Let me start by saying I’ll be back, but just because the first visit was underwhelming. First, you walk in greeted by an offer of a 10% discount if you check-in on Facebook. However, the place is so new that it doesn’t even appear on Facebook. So the offer doesn’t happen… I didn’t bring it up, just thought it was weird and someone should probably check that. I ordered two salads to go, one for me and one for my wife. The pictures on the menu look great, with some juicy chicken carved up, and a bunch of different ready-to-go salads there. Anyway, I order a chicken Caesar and was really disappointed when I learned too late that to get that succulent chicken, you have to order it special. Instead, I got the cubed chicken that comes in one of those containers… you know what I mean. That’s my mistake, but I figure okay, let me try it with that chicken. Nope, not good. It was that weird, watery, chewy chicken that’s like what you get at Subway. I dunno, I was disappointed. Asked the wife about her salad and she just said it was crazy over-dressed. It gets disappointing. Why can’t we just have the really good looking chicken, or a moderate amount of dressing(it’s a healthy place for lunch, why overdo the dressing?)? I’ll try it again, was just average though. Hoping for a better experience next time, and I’ll update the review if it is.

So before going anywhere I always look at Unilocal as it always comes in handy and I myself will most of the time write a review to critique. Anyways I was quickly in a rush and below me Krystle D had helped me choose the fantastic Sophie salad! It was exactly what she said sweet, salty, crunchy combo, couldn’t explain it any other way! I got the combo so it did come with the soup I got the mixed vegetable and it was just great, perfect quality, everything!!! A must have, happy with this choice, looking forward to try other salads and their wraps here. :) Atmosphere great and staff friendly and helped me out too! Good customer service.

It’s OK. Hard to be excited by a restaurant that’s example plate displays are all shriveled, old, dried out week old versions of the plates.

Excellent first impression. Now that we have learned the flow we will definitely be back! We had a wrap and a salad. Both were great. Looking forward to trying something else next time. Brand new place and super clean!

The five star reviews have to be from the owner or his staff. The carved chicken is so dry you choke on it and leave starved. The salads are over dressed even after you tell them to lightly dress and have a stale taste. When you walk in so unorganized as the staff looks at you like you are weird and never says hello or may I help you. Stay away is my advice!

I’ve heard about Saladworks for years now, but never really cared to try one out. Mainly because I always felt it had that fast food stigma which would mean poor quality, and because, well, I like pizza and tacos, not salads. But I was thoroughly impressed. This place popped up right near our home away from home in New Jersey and we figured we’d give it a try as the options for dinner were that or the McDonalds next door. I got the Tivoli, gluten-free-roommate got the Malibu. We both left incredibly filled and satisfied with a giant heaping of meats and veggies in our guts. We liked it so much so that we went back two days later for lunch. This time around I got the Chicken Cobb(sub’ed with BBQ Chicken instead of Lemon), the gluten-free-roommate got the Malibu(he’s not one for variety). I didn’t think it was possible to get that quality of chicken without a dim-lit fancy restaurant. It was bombtastic. Idk if they have these places in LA where I currently reside, but if they do, you better prepare yourself, Mr. Chicken Cobb, for you shall be mine.
