Allen Funeral Home

Allen Funeral Home is an excellent business. Unlike other funeral homes, they post their price list right on their website, which I really liked. The Funeral Director, Jones, explained everything clearly and completely, answered all of my questions, and followed up with me. He made this horrible time a little easier through his compassion and attention to detail. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and he gave me options to fit my budget. I highly recommend Allen Funeral Home.

Allen Funeral Home was absolutely amazing! My sweet grandmother was quickly put on hospice and I was clueless and called different funeral homes for information. I spoke with Jones who was very professional and kind. He took time to explain the process and steps. He sent me a follow up email with all the information which was helpful as it was difficult to process everything. We didn’t have time to make arrangements ahead of time but we called them the night she passed and they came out within the hour. Jones and his son were dressed in pristine suits and were so honorable and respectful of the event. This meant a lot to us. They draped her body in red velvet as they took her out of the house. It was an extremely sad loss for our family but our experience with AFH was positive and supportive. They were also very reasonably priced! God bless this business.
