The employees really need to be re-trained. We ordered two meals, we wanted to sub one of the pieces for a breast. They did not understand the concept. We ended up with an extra piece all together. On top of that, we got the wrong sides, and the mashed potatoes had a long hair in it. And the biscuits were soaked in oil from the chicken, pretty much inedible. The new spicy chicken was pretty good, but way too oily. I mean it was a bit excessive even for fried chicken.

Customer service was GREAT! This young white kid took my order and payment, and he was ever so gracious and kind! You just don’t get that kind of customer service at most fast food places. The pieces of chicken were very small, which was disappointing, but that kid’s customer service made up for it! I’ll be back!

Can’t complain about the food, can’t complain about the service, just can’t complain about anything except your judgement of chicken pieces you are going to put in the 2pc classic meal with white meat. Got the two piece today, taste delish but one of the pieces had only one bite of chicken on it. LOL, had to laugh. It was probably from a baby chick. At least one piece was of an average size so I didn’t go hungry. Love your chicken but today you made me laugh.

First of all, I’d like to say that I really like the food at this location. But every since summer started, every other time I go there they foul up my order in some way. They either leave something out, or get it wrong somehow(grilled instead of original, etc…). I don’t know if it’s hiring high school kids during the summer that are not very good employees or what. Food = 4 stars Getting orders correct = 2 stars

Customer service has been exceptional in the past 8 – 12 months. Not sure what changed but you can tell service is big for them. Food is always great. I have never had an issue with their food. Lack of daily specials kinda sucks, it can get expensive for just a few pieces of chicken and sides. It’s the price that makes me go elsewhere sometimes.

I’m probably not the only one who thinks about greasy, artery-clogging chicken when I think KFC. But one lazy weeknight my pantry was empty, and my only other walking distance option was McDonald’s(UGH). And since KFC seems to be doing alright with their grilled chicken(the calorie counts on their website are low enough to be suspicious), I returned for the first time in a long, long while. Fried taboo aside, this specific location was always alright to me. I remember when I was a kid and Star Wars Episode One had just come out, and KFC was doing that huge promotion with the collectible toys and your drinks/chicken boxes coming with a character pog and collecting certain sets meant certain prizes. The staff was always nice to me in my pursuit to collect it all, and would smile and sneak me extra game pieces from time to time. But of course that was more than a decade ago, and who knows how things could change? Wary, I gave the drive-thru a shot. The male voice that greeted me through the voice box was unbelievably peppy and polite, going the route of the«my pleasure!» service you would see at Chic-fil-A. Since I knew what I wanted, he had me through the order process in ten or fifteen seconds. Pretty stinking efficient. When I drove up to the pick up window I was greeted with a great big smile from the cash register girl(if it wasn’t a genuine smile, than she’s a pretty good faker). She already had my food ready and handed it over with the same pep and polite manner that the voice box man delivered. More smiles and«thank you» and«your welcomes followed.» Overall I was in and out of that drive-thru in no more than forty-five seconds, if that. It was so fast I was dazed. The food was pretty good. KFC is KFC(but I’ve definitely seen worse from different locations). It was a pretty satisfying amount of food for five bucks and some change. The service really made it, though. I will definitely think twice and give this KFC a serious consideration the next time I want to be lazy about my dinner.

KFC is KFC. It’s always decent to me. It’s a fast food chain but a pretty good one. I just dont like to pay restaurant prices for fast food you know what I mean? But food? Yea its ‘aight
