I had better Tx-Mex food around the DFW area. I’d recommend the enchiladas and anything with fajita beef. Avoid the Deluxe Mexican Plate because everything was bland and the only protein you can get is regular beef. Now straight to the point, will I come back? No. I got pretty ill after eating there and that rarely happens to me. It’s a bummer since I actually liked their enchiladas.

We drove through and got the beef fajita family platter. We really loved the flavor of the beef. The rice was really good and so were the beans. I wish they had whole wheat tortillas but the ones that they have are very good. We got a couple of burritos and didn’t much like them. Haven’t tried the tacos yet we will next time. All in all better than taco bell. Warning the salsa is really hot! And a small queso isn’t worth it. Get the large. Is it better than Frankie’s? Maybe it is.

My wife and I went friday, our 1st trip, décor is great, clean, food so disappointg i had fajitas($ 10.99) the meat wasn’t enough for 2 tacos, you get 3 tortillas, meat was chewy, wife had chicken nachos they were average, will not be back.

My husband and I normally get the same meal every time the service is always good. Everyone has been very nice. The restaurant is clean. The food is always fresh and it comes out pretty fast. The flower tortillas are awesome! I love the pork tamales. They have different salsas to choose from. I hate cilantro! They have some salsas with cilantro and some without. That’s nice because I can actually eat the salsa there. A lot of restaurants put cilantro in the salsa so I can’t eat it. I really appreciate Rosa’s having salsa choices without cilantro.

I actually love Rosa’s. But this rosa’s, the closest one to my home, always seems to disappoint. It’s not the flavor, service or set up. It’s that the food is always, always cold to lukewarm. I have never, in my probably 6 – 8 times of going received even remotely warm food. I don’t understand what the issue is.

Great place for a fast, delicious, and inexpensive meal! Some of the best iced tea around!!! I recommend the chicken or beef tacos, or the sour cream enchiladas.

I had been wanting to try this place and finally did. I gave it a ** and this is why. My husband got the #57(3 enchiladas, rice & beans) and it tasted like they were frozen, I got 1&1 beef & chicken tostadas, didn’t like that it was more lettuce then anything else and wasn’t crazy about the beef. Chips & queso was ok. Staff was not to friendly, and its way over price for what we bought. Never will I come to a Rosa’s Café again! Here is what I did like about it, went on a Sunday around 2:45 wasn’t to busy, fast service plenty of seating. This why I don’t like new place but you have to try to find out for yourself how good a place is and give feed back to others. JM2 cents!

Can’t understand how this glorified Taco Cabana on steroids stays in business. The food here has that fake processed taste to it. I could not even finish my enchiladas and that never happens. The only reason for the 2 stars is the speed in which our food came out, the flower tortillas and the chips. Now we know. Check this place off and place it on the«not even if you paid me» list.

Love this place! We come every Friday. Great food and very affordable. Very short wait for food to come out. Favorites include Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas, Chicken Tamales, Red Cheese Enchiladas, and always a guacamole. Salsa bar with lots of varieties.

We walked in, no one at the counter, we waited. They were all seated at a booth in back. Finally, a rude little girl came to the register, ticket said her name was itsela v. Very rude taking our order. It was an imposition. We waited on the food. The wife’s tamales had no meat in them. My taco shells were stale. Pay extra for chips and salsa, yet this place costs as much as a good sit down resteraunt. CHRISTINASISRIGHTDOWNTHEROAD. A MUCHBETTEREXPERIENCE.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Overpriced food, terrible service, not even up to Taco Bell standards. So disappointed.

When this place first opened, the food was great. Even though it was out of the way, about 30 miles from the house, my wife and I would eat there about once a month. The last few times we ate there, it seemed like the quality of the food declined greatly. The cheese enchiladas has so little cheese all you could taste was tortilla and the tamales had more masa than meat. It will be some time before we try this place again.

Always love going to rosa’s. The fresh tortillas always make the trip more than worth it. It’s fast good and cheap(Especially on taco Tuesdays).

We live right by Rosas in Wylie. It has been our go to stop when we don’t want to cook for years. The last three to-go orders have been simply disgusting. We just bought two nachos and the chips were inedibly stale, the cheese was watery and the remainder was a soggy, sad mess. I don’t know what has happened to the food but we won’t be back for a long time, if at all.

I love this place. I eat here at least once a week and usually order tacos or nachos. Yes, this is more fast food tex mex, but much better than taco bell. The tacos are generously stuffed and the combination ground beef nachos are huge — especially if you go through the drive through. The staff is always pleasant to me. I do tend to go at slower times though — usually around 330 or 4.

The burrito plate was superb! The chicken enchiladas were exceptional! …but the home made tortillas are some of the best I’ve ever had! The service was friendly and the meal was prepared very quickly. I will come back her again.

While the inside looks great, I’m not sure how long it will stay this way. This place has been open maybe a month or two and its already dead at 8pm on a Saturday night. Food was not appetizing. All the cheese and beans were cold by the time we sat down at the table. Chips were hard. The only real redemption on the menu was the salsa bar. That was pretty decent. I tried it and probably won’t be back.

Whenever I’m feeling pretty thrifty I go here for Taco Tuesdays. 3.99 for tacos(chicken or beef) extra tortillas, beans and rice. What a fricking deal. Dude, anyone can afford that. It’s usually pretty packed though, that sometimes I have to get it to go. I also like watching the tortilla machine! It’s just very satisfying.

This is a new chain of restaurant’s that have popped up since we left TX in 2010 for WA. They have really good Tamales and salsa bars. We went in to try it out and make sure we weren’t dreaming then came back and got 2 dozen tamales. I can’t wait to become a regular once we get the heck out of Seattle and back to TX.
