Church’s Chicken

I only one gave one star cause I had to give a star. But we came in happy for one because they were still open at this time of night and we walk in there’s no customers. The manger and the worker both on their cell phones and didn’t speak. I spoke first and the girl act like she barely wanted to speak back. So we decided to leave because it wasn’t welcoming and the lady being the manger didn’t act like one making us feel it. Bad customer services doesn’t deserve our money.

Nasty attitudes… these ladies didnt even say thank you when taking my money, what kind of customer service is that?! Then they waited until 5 minutes after I ordered to tell me there was no dark regular chicken. So I would have to get Spicy or all white. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. So fatty and white gook coming from the breast. Then all of the wings had breast attached to them as if they hadn’t been cut properly.
Not to mention the last time my father went in and had to use the restroom the woman working said it was «closed.» We know PA health code which states if you have sit in dining, you must have a restroom. My dad looked in anyway and there was nothing wrong with it. The woman became irate and said he should «go across the street to Popeyes»

This Church’s Chicken brought back great memories for me from long ago where I use to live having a Church’s Chicken restaurant. Great food and friendly service this place has! The food is quite affordable, tasty and with many varieties of side orders to choose from.
I stumbled on this place just recently looking for other restaurants in the area to dine in. The manager and his employees were very friendly and professional (patient and courteous while taking orders) the way they handled my order. The chicken was freshly cooked and VERY TASTY! I had the mashed potatoes and biscuits side order, and they were GREAT too!
This location is not very large, but it is very accommodating. There are a number of table settings in-​case if you just feel like eating in. The place was very clean, I had noticed, so I’d decided to stay and eat-​in with a friend. I’d also noticed that there were so many people coming in and out to order Church’s famously delicious fried chicken and sides. Some people seemed to have been there many times before because they knew exactly what they wanted to order and quickly moving in line.
As a person who rarely takes the time to write reviews, I have found that there are some places and experiences that will inspire me to write.
Hats-​off to this Church’s for its kind, fast and friendly service!

Stopped in tonight for a quick bite to eat ~ not a good decision. First of all the place is new. Too new to be nasty. Their ventilation system or shall I say lack of one is horrible, so plan on smelling like chicken grease by the time you leave. Also can anybody say ROACHES? Yes, I watched as a small roach crawled from the floor up the wall next to a table where people are supposed to eat and you know if there is a small roach present, there are lots more around. I’d also like to add that the biscuits are nasty looking ~ totally slathered with oil. This store (as of tonight) was understaffed only 3 workers including the manager, who was not friendly at all ~ and the line moved much too slowly. With 4 people in front of me with small orders, there was no need for me to wait in line for 20 minutes and then be greeted by a sour faced manager. I will not go to this location again. Let me repeat ROACHES are present in the dining room. Would give them a total thumbs down, but no option for that.
