7-Eleven

I’ve been a customer here for years. They certainly are not the best 7-​Eleven in the area, but considering the amount of traffic at the store they do okay. There are three things that irk me about this store: First, sometimes the coffee is so stale, especially the decaf, it is undrinkable. Second, sometimes the pizza in the display case is so old it looks disgusting. Third, they do not always honor the prices posted. For example, although a Slurpee refill had one price posted on the display they charged a higher price. When I called the posted price to their attention the clerk said «that is an old price, for you it is xxxxxx.»
The problem with 7-​Eleven stores is that the poorly operated franchises affect the other franchisees who really try to do well. The inconsistent quality of goods and service at 7-​Eleven affect make us hesitant to visit any location.
As the other reviewer mentioned, nearby locations offer better service, but this one is convenient.

rude has bad customer service if you want to be treated like shit and spend your money then this is the place for you if you want to be treated like a valued customer then go somewhere else i don’t recommend this location the one on 64 lebanon is way better
