I gave them a pair of custom made work boots and they glued on a pair of heels. REALLY? It cost $ 30 and they didn’t even call me to tell me that my shoes were ready. That is completely unacceptable. Do not spend your money there unless you want an inferior product, poor customer service and no attention to detail.

they are excellent and as honest and nice as they can be. They wll tell you if it’s not worth repairing your shoes. The quality of their work is amazing! Their location is so convenient! right across the street from the train station and/or easy parking. I highly recommend them.

After my family’s life-long cobbler closed shop, we had a hard time finding a new shoe repair service that was up to snuff. I found this shop after exploring the Bryn Mawr/Main Line area and took a chance since I desperately needed a pair of shoes fixed. This shop is a total gem: the gentleman who runs it employs his whole family. He gives you an honest opinion on each of your shoe repairs(he refused to fix one pair because he told me they were not worth repairing given the quality of the shoe, cheaply made Steve Maddens, and to just throw them away– he was right). The level of craftsmanship is impeccable– he is a master cobbler. I actually regret leaving the Main Line because I can no longer hop on the train and take my shoes to Morasco’s.
