They were very nice at the beginning when I brought my car in (Nov 6^th), even gave me a ride home. They really didn’t tell me anything at all they told me they would call me with a date on when it’ll be ready. They didn’t. I called and they told me the 19^th so ok. I hadn’t heard back, I called again and they said the 27^th. So obviously there was a lack of professionalism/​communication there. I got my car back a couple days before (Nov 25^th), THEY DIDN’T tint my back window, he said «we didn’t notice it was tinted» (all my windows are tinted). So far haven’t heard from them I keep calling them and nothing has been resolved, the guy just tells me my insurance is closed (Nov 27^th) or today Nov 30^th the girl said he had to call my insurance as he had not called yet that he would get back to me on it. Definitely not recommending this place will also let my insurance know they shouldn’t have recommended this place to me.
