Parking is a little iffy, which is why we’d never stopped before — you have a choice of parking either beside the active railroad track or street parking, or there’s a lot a couple hundred yards away that you could use. As it turns out, it’s worth stopping at least once, though. We were tempted in by all the stuff they always have displayed out front. It’s a little too heavy on the fake flowers for my tastes, and there were a LOT of fake flowers, but there was also some other really neat stuff. The woman behind the counter told us that there are about 20 dealers who sell there, and it’s a lot bigger inside than it looks from outside. There are some antiques, but mostly«silk» florals and«primitives». Humorous little signs, wreaths, knick knacks, etc… Very shabby chic in general. We bought a little crock, which seemed inexpensive for what it was. Some of the items we looked at seemed really overpriced, and others seemed fairly or underpriced, which is pretty standard for this sort of shop. Well, OK, in some of them, everything’s overpriced. I don’t think it’s going to be a regular stop for us, but I’m glad we checked it out once, and we’ll probably stop in again sometime.
