Let say their products are good and i never had issues ordering from them unless its the holiday week… i hav a 04 impala daily driver and a third of my ride is zzp products… runs like a champ… their customer service is good but not great since they dont operate thru a phone just emails but i must say over all they always email me back that day or the next… one time recently i had issues with their hv3 product and i emailed them and DAMN they responded 4 times back to back with in 30 minutes with questions i had… so thank yall zzp… i will keep on ordering parts from yall…

Please let me warn you; If you have an issue with regards to the part you purchased from ZZP… good luck. You can’t call them and get someone right away to help you. You have to leave a message and they will either call you or email you back. Their method of communication is pathetic! It took about 12 hours to get a response via email… and when I read it, it was just a question to me, which then needed to be relayed to my Mechanic. At that point I responded by telling them to just call my Mechanic directly… well, two days went by… no call. So, I emailed them back stressing how urgent it was to get my car back and that I would appreciate a call A.S.A.P. With that, I got a call back fairly quickly. I talked to Steve. He said that he would call my mechanic and see what he could do to help with the issue. 24 hours later… my mechanic claims he never heard from Steve. I then emailed Steve to find out what happened and he said he called my mechanic within 10 seconds of getting off the phone with me. He claimed he let the phone ring about 20 times and gave up. So, did Steve try to make another attempt at a later time… NO, did he email me or call me to let me know that he couldn’t reach my mechanic? NO. The guy just left us all hanging. If I hadn’t contacted him 12 hours later, I’m pretty sure we would had never heard from him again. Turns out my mechanic had to step out for about 5 minutes(which is rare) and missed the call. Long story short, I figured out what the issue was on my own. It literally took 5 days to get«NOWHERE» with ZZP. I could have probably had my car back four days earlier if I could have had my simple question answered with in the first 24 hours. If you buy from these guys, GOODLUCK!
