Great customer service experience with Scott Light, President. I recently brought my SEBO vacuum in for service and left behind my box of replacement bags. So happy that they he was able to facilitate the pick up of my bags because of my mistake in leaving them behind. They just checked their inventory and saw that there was an extra box of bags and were able to accommodate me. So happy that I didn’t have to buy another box of these expensive bags because of my mistake. Thanks for the great customer support and your help Scott! Highly recommend this store for purchasing vacuums, service, and supplies. The parking lot is much easier to use than the last location too.
