I’ve stopped in a few times and although the pizza is pretty good (remember that I use to live in Phila) I wish the staff would be more friendly. No hello, no smile except from the girl on the counter. Good customer service brings people back

It seems like recent reveiws were low due to the delivery time. We ordered on a Friday night, were told 45 minutes, and it arrived in 40. I order take out from various restarurants in the area and they ALL have the same delivery times! So it is not out of the ordinary. It’s a busy and populated area, so unfortunately it is what it is.
As far as the food, I’ve always been happy with the quality. I prefer Santino’s pizza so I don’t order Bella’s, but I do love their bread and as such am a fan of their sandwiches. Their dinners are also good as well. Sandwiches come with a side of chips, which is a nice touch. All in all we’ve always been happy with Bellas’s!

Excellent pizza and great canoli. But DO NOT have the food delivered. We live one mile away and it takes over an hour for delivery; pick-up is 30 minutes tops.
Update: No pizza tonight. Called after 1:15 to check on delivery. Staff member was rude and began blaming me for calling too early; bad traffic; etc. I cancelled the order. A minute later, the driver called claiming to be in front of our house. I told him he wasn’t at the correct address unless he was invisible. We’re done with Bella’s for a while. We’ll get pizza from Santino’s or Nonno Alby’s.

First of all… MY BURGER WAS NOT PROPERLY COOKED. It was raw in the middle. Delivery was over an hour and the delivery driver laughed as he said I hope your foods still warm. Food was completely cold. The pizza looked like it was spun in a blender and put back in the box. It was all disgusting. Then they think that we want to order from them again so they give us a credit instead of a refund.

We ordered a chicken parm sandwich and a cheese steak from here for pick up. The chicken was burnt on our sandwiches and there wasn’t very much of it (mostly roll). The cheese steak had almost 0 cheese on it, and whatever they use as standard cheese is not American. I didn’t taste any cheese on the sandwich at all, but could tell after picking at it that there was a very SMALL amount. Overall, this was dissapointing and we probably won’t go back.

I am incredibly surprised that Bella’s doesn’t have more positive reviews. Their Grandma pizza is absolutely to die for. It’s awesome having a pizza place that offers something different than traditional slices. Be prepared to smell like garlic for about 3 days :). I have ventured from the Grandma pizza once or twice, and their regular pie is good but not amazing. Definitely sticking to what I enjoy because it’s the best around!

We are not from around here and saw this cute little place on the side of the road as we were looking for another resturant. We decided to stop here because of the nice little outdoor eating space and nice day.
We were rewarded for our adventurous decision by great service, food and prices.
I had the Grandmas pizza, and the pepperoni and bacon slice. The Grandmas pizza was the better of the two.
In the unlikely event that I am back on the area, I would definitely stop by again.

We loved the grandma pizza. Nice texture to the crust and great overall taste. Only thing I would want is more sauce on the pie.
Also had the BBQ chicken pizza, which was very good. My spouse also commented that it needed more sauce.

Went here for the first time last night and it was very good. They had a deal going for but 2 subs get 1 free so we figured we would use that and have the 3^rd sub for lunch the next day. We got a chicken parm sub, chicken cordon blue sub and a turkey & cheese sub. We also got an order of the Bella fries. I was pretty impressed with the food, as I am super picky with subs, pizza, and etc. the chicken cordon blue sub was amazing. The chicken is fresh fried chicken not frozen chicken tenders. It was extremely yummy. The chicken parm had mozzarella and was super yummy as well. We haven’t tried the turkey yet but it looked amazing. The fries were the only things that I thought were just «ok». They definitely needed to be fried a little longer, but other than that it was definitely yummy food and we will be back for sure.
