Old Navy

I like this Old Navy. I’m here quite often. I signed up for their email/​text alerts so I’m always aware of when they’re having a sale — which happens to be all the time haha. I guess some people complain about the location but what do you expect? You’re pretty damn limited in where you can shop in Berks County. I also worked here & can you first hand about the shitty people of Reading that would come in and wreck the store. It’s really spacious & they have a lot of merchandise so although there’s ample staff, the place can & does get destroyed very quickly. If you don’t like the location you could always just shop online.

Delightful store and happy employees. Much better than most stores around. The staff was helpful and friendly and not pushy at all.

I have been to this old navy several times and my experience always seems to be the same. I am never greeted when I come into to the store, no «hello, hi, how are you, welcome to old navy» no customer service whatsoever. Also when I am looking around the store for ½ hour trying to find something it would be nice if someone said «can I help you find anything?». The people that work there always seem in a bad mood, or are having their own conversations with each other.
I tend to look at the sale racks when I go to that store and recently I was there and it was so jam-​packed I could barely look through anything. Also there was a large metal step latter in the way, and a sales girl putting items back on the sale racks. She was trying to get by me (not saying excuse me) as I am trying to shop through the packed racks! I was so frustrated after I left there, it makes me think… who is training these employees at this store? I have worked in retail and if I acted the way these people do, I would’ve been fired.
My suggestion… Drive an extra 40 miles and go to the Old Navy in Exton!!!

I don’t know if it’s a growing trend among men, but I just can’t seem to find clothing there I like lately. I used to find stuff, but their style (for men, anyway) seems to have gone a lot more plain (unpatterned) or strangely 80s retro. My wife finds clothing for her, so we still go, but for me it’s more of a waste of time.
