Awful service. Went in just to ask for a new IR receiver. They’re free. Instead of just grabbing one out of the back and sending me on my way, the guy insists I need to make an appointment. Nine people ahead in line. So I make an appointment on their iPad. He gets my phone number for a text message notification but he tells me AT&T isn’t on the list for some reason. So he picks Alltel as my carrier. I leave the store awaiting my appointment, but I never get a text. So in summary, the service here is just as awful as when it was on Riverfront Drive in Reading.
